when recieving a incoming call the full size contact pic assigned to the contact displays how can i cahnge it to thubnail size while displaying the wallpaper at the same time?

iPhone 3GS with 4 GM and google exchange.
When I add a pic to a contact from my iPhone it is full screen but after a few calls it reverts back to the small thumbnail size.
Any way to fix is so it stays fullscreen?
the album art is now the size of a fu*king icon and its pisssing me off
View 21 Replies View RelatedIm using a xperia ray. i did connect my favorit contacts with theyr facebookprofile and insert theyr facebook profile picture as contactpicture.Now i have the problem that the pictures are very very small. im asking me so long if that is normal or not. and if not, im interessted to know how i can change that.If i use a picture that is local on my device than i get a big contact-picture.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI put all my pictures into my harddrive when i dragged them back in my phone they went into the "download section" Which was fine with me but none of the pictures started to show Not on the thumbnail nor when i click onto it.
this is really inconvient for me as if have like 2000 pictures in the download section which i can't view anymore unless i use file manager(which doesn't work at all because i don't know which is which)
For some reason no ones display picture is showing up on my contact list. I have deleted and re install it and it still does not show up. I have even added myslef to see if my picture shows up!.

Is everyone else's gallery widget a tiny thumbnail picture? On my Note 4 and G2 there was a stock widget that had a photo frame that could be resized to whatever size I like.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI buyed sony ericsson xperia mini pro few months back. at that time i synced my contacts with facebook with facebook app. And i got all my friend's profile pictures as my contact pictures. But now when i changed my memory card i also formated my phone. I took backup of contacts on sim card. after installing new memory card i imported my contacts back to phone and synced facebook once again with my phone contacts. This time they got synced too but their facebook profile pics are not becoming my contact pictures. I also tried enabling facebook inside xperia but still it didn't worked. I want to get them done as quickly as possible.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI've been searching and searching on how to change to contact photo size when you make a call or receive a call. I prefer to see the small thumbnail in the upper left corner as opposed to the entire screen being taken up by the contact's photo. After checking multiple threads on this website every answer states that when you use the Address Book on the Mac it syncs the small thumbnail and when you apply the photo on the iPhone it displays the full screen photo size for the contact. Well this solution is not working for me. I've tried deleting the contact's photo then applying them using the Address Book on my Mac and after they sync with iCloud and I make a call it still displays as a full screen photo.

I took picture with Large resolution and Superfine quality. Strangely, after some viewing (+zooming in/out) of the pictures taken, I found the pictures' resolution had changed to Small! I tested this by taking another picture, viewing it, making sure the resolution is large, then closing the Media Apps, and reopening and viewing the picture again. It happened again after the second viewing if I did some zooming in/out.I am very upset that some pictures are now have small resolutions and I can't trust viewing through Media Apps again before copying the files first to my computer.Is this a bug or is there something I did wrong while viewing pictures?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI set a photo as my background on my X6, but the image re-sizes itself so its bigger in the home screen and not all of the image appears on the screen, alot is cut off.
I cant quite figure out how to adjust the image so that it stays the same size when its used as my back ground, or how to re-adjust the image back! Its annoying because it means my pictures are limited as to what can be on my background, im having to chose really far away shots becaus they appear close up when used as a background!
I have a 5800 that I have been troubleshooting for the past Month. We have been to the provider who has now replaced the phone twice in the past two months. Calling out appears to be fine. However when customizing the phone I am unable to set picture and a ringtone to a contact in the contact list. The Contact is saved on the phone. When the person dials in the picture will display correctly but the ringtone will play a default ring not a custom file as selected. This has heppened on all 3 of the phones. I am down to the OS of the phone which the provider says is up to date.

View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter having gone a couple of months withs with Gingerbread without any problems to report I started experiencing a strange thing with incoming calls, texts, emails, etc.For incoming calls, the number displayed is the correct number but the screen pulls an incorrect name from my contacts list and displays a picture (taken from either LinkedIn or Facebook profiles) that is from a third, different contact.So the number is for Contact A and is the actual caller, the name that is displayed is contact B and the photo is contact c.If I go to make an outgoing call, the same thing in the inverse occurs.I choose Contact A and it dials contact A but displays it is calling contact B.This has caused me to have to double & triple check when I am making calls to ensure that it is calling the right contacts.
A similar thing happens for texts, incoming texts display the correct number from which they are originating but display that they are from a different contact name.When I go to send a text and enter a number it indicates that it is sending it to the correct phone number but with a different name assocaited with that number. Finally, something similar is happening in email messaging. If I hit reply, while the actual email address is correct the contact name that it lists is incorrect.
As per my other thread: What happened to my 8900 camera quality? upgraded from OS 4.6 to 5.0.0.681 i've discovered what the problem is with why I am not getting the same quality photos as on the OS 4.6 on my 8900 curve, it's the picture size in kb. on 4.6 i would at the very least always get photos of size 460kb minimum (usually i get 700kb +) whereas on 5.0.0.681 now i get on average only 180kb WHY? bear in mind i've kept all the settings on the highest possible i.e. superfine and picture on 'large' yet for some reason i'm only getting low quality pics.. it's very frustrating.I have a feeling the lighting makes a difference but also maybe the memory/space on the media card. BUT I have 120mb of memory left and 400mb of space on my media card.What makes the blackberry take pictures at lower quality in terms of size in kb and larger?so far i've managed to get 1 photo at 460kb on OS 5.0.0.681 but i dont know how or why exactly but at least i know it's capable of getting pics that large. Do I need over 500mb of media card space for it to take larger size pics?

I have a iPhone 4 with the latest iOS. When I add a contact to my phone, I choose a contact picture from the photo library. I make a test call to the number, and the photo appears full size. The moment I leave the contact screen and try to make a test call again (for example, adding the contact to my favorites and using a favorite link to make a test call) the picture appears as a thumbnail. This happens immediately and to every contact I have. I sync the contact list with Google contacts.
