I got my MMS setting from my current network but the problem is, whenever I receive MMS pictures, I will receive it in small size, too small I guess, about 3kb. I even try to send MMS to my number but still it will appear in a small size.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI can send a picture to another phone, and that picture looks great. But when I receive a picture message, it is scaled down. It almost looks like the size of a thumbnail when I receive it so I have to zoom in on every picture to see it.
I've checked APN MMS settings, I've factory reset the phone and no success.
Here are at least two small but practical features removed from the Elm, previously on ALL Ericsson phones at least from the T28:
1. hold down the "back" button a little longer to get to the top menu immediately
2. the volume buttons on the side were one step / two steps ahead when writing text. Press A to get A, press A and volume up to get B, press A and volume down to get C and so on. Very practical when you write text messages in several languages - and FASTER than T9 overall.
Just got the Vivaz and love it except that I can't customize the main page to have a larger time and date display. The time is way to small for me to see. I did put large on the font under setup, but still find it very small throughout. Any ideas how to customize or override this?

View 3 Replies View RelatedFor last few days I am having a problem with K790i. When I turn on my phone it shows a small box showing 'Please wait' after the Sony Ericsson logo disappears. Then after waiting for about 10 minutes another small box appears with same 'Please wait ' error. I tried the FW update by SEUS, but it's taking just 30 seconds to install, which I think is weird and might be it's not even updating. So is there any way to Master Reset the phone without being on? By the Keys or something?

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhy bother to make a large 4.3in screen, when the font size is now smaller than ever. My previous phone was a HTC Desire S which was superb in every way, with the right size font everywhere, not just some parts of the phone. (only reason i replaced it was it was stolen last week on holiday). The main menu pages on the Sensation, settings, the font is too small and strains my eyes. Why cram everything in so small? Do HTC not consider that millions of people already wear glasses to aid vision, people of all different ages? I AM aware that font sixe can be increased in texts, emails and internet, but it needs to be larger in ALL AREAS of the phone, especially as its a large 4.3 inch screen!Another gripe I have is I bought a UK phone, so expect the � sign to be on the first page, rather than the $ sign, which I never use, as we don't have dollars in the UK!

View 2 Replies View RelatedHaving a problem with my Yari and selecting internet settings - the phone simply won't select any internet settings! Everytime a connection is made to the internet, the phone asks for me to choose what internet settings to install.I have sent the settings to the phone from both Sony Ericsson (SE) Website and Optus (operator in Australia). I receive these ok, but settings don't install. No issue with streaming settings.
The phone will not connect to the operator to download settings for MMS/WAP/Internet.

Steps taken to attempt to resolve:
1. Manual internet settings
2. Operator provided internet settings
3. SE provided internet settings
4. Master reset
5. repeat steps 2 and 3 - same issue.
SE in Australia suggested Master Reset and then code update, which I will try tonight. Other than that, return to retailer.Any one have any suggestions? Hardware or software fault?

My son has messed around with my phone and i am now unable to connect to the internet. Every time i attempt a connection i am prompted to choose a data account to use to connect. Regardless of which data account i pick (T-Mobile Internet, Picture message or SEMC GPRS) I recieve the message - Data account doesn't exist.
