Anyone have any idea why when i receive MMS, the picture is really small? On my E71, the picture was about full screen size. Also, when i send pictures to other people via MMS, they receive a small thumbnail as well.
View 15 RepliesWhen I have my camera on the front-facing option the picture is smaller but when I turn it around it fills the whole screen. It didn't used to do this and I can't find out how to fix it in the settings. This is what it looks like.

When I add a pic to a contact from my iPhone it is full screen but after a few calls it reverts back to the small thumbnail size.

I recently sent my phone off to be repaired, they couldn't and I was sent a brand new one in replacement (sorry, it's an N97). I've just come to install the UK maps on my device and it's only 160mb. Is this right, since last time I installed the UK maps it was well over 1GB. So what's going on here? Have I installed the full UK maps or has something gone wrong here? I'm using latest version of maps, ovi suite and map loader.

This produces low-resolution iamges on the TV screen, as if the phone browser choses a resolution for its own screen and is not aware of the Big Screen.I suggest Nokia to improve the integration between these 2 apps?

When I save the picture it's that same size. I would love for someone to help me with this. What's the point of haveing a camra phone or having people send you pictures if you can't see them?

I've searched and found a lot of people with my phone having the same problem. I've read about an update somewhere? I've tried changing the image to large when I go to options but that only refers to MY own images being sent to other people.
View 6 Replies View RelatedThe Upgrade to Belle was nice (except for lost applications and the annoying fact, that WiFi is now "always-on"), but what bothers me most is, that the phone feels it necessary to show, that I'm using line 1 on the top status bar. I can understand that it's important to know, if I would be using line 2 accidentially, but since line 1 is the default, I don't want to know about it. So how do I get rid of this ugly "1" on top? View 7 Replies View RelatedWhen using download option "Headers Plus", attachments are not downloaded by default. So far so good. When I receive a small (<80Kb) attachment (*.doc). I can enable option "download" for this attachment. When I subsequently sync my nokia e71 with my remote mail account (gmail) the attachment is still not downlo aded. Ony after quite some time (5-10 minutes) the attachment is downloaded and it can be opened. Same thing for a very smal *gif attachment. Is this normal behavior?By the way, I would prefer downloading small attachments always. Maybe a nice improvement for an upcoming release of messaging?
View 8 Replies View RelatedI've had my nokia n97 mini for just over a month now and love it! but just a small issue with the apps.i've downloaded a couple but they havent appeared in my apps folder.so i went into : menu > settings > application mgr. > installrd apps most of the apps have what looks like a puzzle peice with a small red square in the bottom right corner of the "puzzel peice", however, the apps i have downloaded but werent showing in the apps folder had a little blue square instead of red.so im not sure what that means and i've searched the internet but could'nt find an answer! So if you can understand what im talking about your help would be much appreciated!

View 2 Replies View RelatedI installed a program from app manager , I dont remember the name of te application...everthing was installed correctly...then later I uninstalled and restarted the device.....but now the device only shows me a lot of small letters and restarts again. when I try to flash the phone in a xp 32 bit computer the system shows me that the driver is corrupted....and dont let me do the flash proccess wiht the maemo flasher 3.5.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI buyed sony ericsson xperia mini pro few months back. at that time i synced my contacts with facebook with facebook app. And i got all my friend's profile pictures as my contact pictures. But now when i changed my memory card i also formated my phone. I took backup of contacts on sim card. after installing new memory card i imported my contacts back to phone and synced facebook once again with my phone contacts. This time they got synced too but their facebook profile pics are not becoming my contact pictures. I also tried enabling facebook inside xperia but still it didn't worked. I want to get them done as quickly as possible.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a Torch 9850 and when I used to send pics to a friend through BBM they would get the option to preview, save or cancel; in turn, I would receive the same option. When I clicked "save" it would download the full 1-2MB version of the pic in BBM, saving it to my picture folder. Yesterday they bought the same phone (Torch 9850) and now when either of us send a pic, neither of us have the option or are given the opportunity to download the actual picture file?!? We simply get a low quality 30KB image with no option other than to go to the BB file menu and click "save" which saves not the full high quality image, but the 30kb one we just received.
