i tried to update my X6 but i can't sign in with the Nokia Suite .. tried to uninstalled it but still the problems remains, it said my internet connection must be checked, but the internet is do fine.

I deleted my oviplayer,redownloaded but with same problem persisting.Also I dont have any issues with other ovi suite applications(version 2.2) or to sign in.

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy wife accidently going through her contacts went to the very top where there's a drop down menu for Phone or Contacts. It went to Contacts. Now whenever she goes to her contacts a message pops up saying Sign In or Sign Up to OVI. She's been on the phone now with Nokia for 2 hours trying to resolve.Anyone out there have any ideas?
And by the way, are other brands of phones this bad, what with setting up loops like this can't be broken. Or, like what I've read here and elsewhere, all the problems with the Lock Code? I mean, it seems Nokia needs to go back to the drawing board and work on their user interface.

Does anyone know what address the sign in page takes you too? When i click sign in it comes up with an error "COULD NOT SIGN IN" ."NOKIA OVI SUITE COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE NOKIA ACCOUNT SERVER. MAKE SURE INTERNET CONNECTION IS WORKING PROPERLY AND TRY AGAIN".So if possible does anyone know what it is so i can have the exceptions allowed on my work PC.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI wanted to update my software so I plugged it into my PC, everything was going fine, the update started and then my PC decided to not recognise the USB anymore and my phone got disconnected First it went blank, so I switched it off. Took out the battery, tried to put it back on but the screen was black and it was constantly vibrating like mad!!I read quite a lot of posts about problems similar to mine, but there is a slight issue here.. My red.green buttons arent working at all. I suspect people from the service that were fixing my phone before forgot to "plug" the buttons because before everything was fine but I was too lazy to go back and managed to live withough these buttons so I cant try red/green and camera button to restart,What to do? Nokia care point? Does my warranty cover things like that?

Before I installed the update, I did a back up of my phone contents. Now, after the update I can't restore the backup because the phone keeps restarting. My Ovi Suite is the latest version (v2.1.1.1). Is this a known issue and when will Nokia be releasing a patch for this update to fix the issue?

I have checked that app store is signed in to my current email address, it is, but as soon as I click Update it asks for the password to an old email address. Okay i've had my Nokia n97 for more than 6months now and its been working great except lately my facebook app wasn't working and i had to update it,so last night i backed up my files on my mobile and i connected it to the pc and updated it with the program that the mobile brings with a cd it was okay then i went back to restore my files and it said it had to restart so it turned off and i went to turn it on again and it stayed a blank screen with the nokia sign in the middle in blue (when you turn it on it that usually shows) but it stayed stuck there it doesn't go to pin code nor anything, and to turn it off i have to take the battery off,
