Everytime i recieve or make a call on my phone, the phone screen goes blank. i can answer the call but i cant end it as there is no screen. after the call has finished the phone freezes and the only way to restart the phone is to take out the battery.
PS i have done reset, master reset and updated the phone to the newest software available and i have only had the phone a few days.
Am using Sony Ericson x10 mini pro. I installed PC companion and PC suite in my laptop. When I connect mobile to laptop I see two option 1.Charge phone 2.Connect USB. I selected Option 2 to connect my mobile to laptop to use internet from mobile. Through PCSuite and PC Companion am not able to access internet. In PC Suite it shows mobile not connected.
View 9 Replies View Relatedi used my sony pc commpanion to try to upgrade my sony erricson mini pro (sk17i) to the new ics OS . halfway thru the download i get a screen which says softare update failure. thats like half an hour thru the downloading process. my si nummber is liisted on the sony website for the official upgrade. (1249-0761). A company of sony s repute really needs to offer better customer service.

View 1 Replies View RelatedEarlier today after I woke up, I was just gonna check something on my phone, when I was met with several errors saying that this and that programmed had stopped working. I chose the option "ok" on all of them because the other option report would not really get me anywhere. The thing was these errors kept coming repeating themselves (same apps getting errors repeatedly).
So after 10 min of just pressing ok on these errors I decided to reboot my phone, but when I came to the startup it stops/freezes on the SONY EXPERIA display. I can't trun it off with the on/off button, so I searched everywhere on the internet about this issue but none of the classic hold volume down + volume up + on/off button to turn it off gets me past the freeze after it goes off.
i can't send a text message or receve one, and i can't make a call or receive them either

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my Blackberry 9700 since July 2010 with no problem until this past week it has stopped making and receiving phone calls and I can't send or receive SMS. When I try to make a call, it instantly comes up with "Call Failed". I have talked to my carrier (o2) and they too cannot come up with a fix, there is no issue from there part as the sim card works fine on another phone. Strange thing is I can still use the internet on 3G, send and receive emails and my BBM works.
In Manage Connections >> Services Status, it says:

Blackberry internet service:
Connection: Mobile network
Everytime I browse on my Bold 9930 I receive a little black icon and it freezes. This lasts anywhere from 5 seconds to 30 seconds.

My galaxy s5 got some water damage I think because since then when I go to make a call or accept a call it automatically freezes and restarts. Also the speaker does not work from the damage. Can I not take calls because the speaker doesn't work?

Don't remember the exact conditions or sequece of actions, just got unpleasant case. I noticed also that batteryindicator showed 1 stripe of battery. After restart , the battery was full. Is this expected action for this phone? Should Itake it back to service? My phone is used ~1 week, so there can't be any issues caused by wrong usage.

The phone will ring, I'll answer the call and have the conversation, no problem. But when it comes to ending the call, the screen freezes with 'Joe Bloggs Calling' on the screen and I have to turn the phone off to resolve it. (no response from the screen)
