Xperia Ray :: Facebook Contact Pictures No Longer Syncing

Recently I have noticed that my facebook contact pictures o my phone (ray) has not been updating. Thought it was my phone so I have removed facebook and facebook inside xperia from accounts and sync and even clear the data from facebook in appications.
Readding the accounts, facebook is syncing up but I do not get any pictures, the photos/interest info is there when you view my contact but the picture is not there.
Is anyone having the same issue, there a bug in the recent update?

I have had my Xperia mini now since sept but i have noticed recently that when one of my friends/contacts changes their profile picture on facebook it does not change on my phone! i have tried syncronising it but it still not changed.

I just got my bionic yesterday and I have downloaded the Facebook for Android app but my facebook contact pictures have not synced with my contacts at all. I had an OG Droid and I loved the fact that everyone's pictures were just brought in. I have signed into the same account on Motorola's Facebook app as well as the Facebook for Android.

I used to have the contact pictures in my phonebook as the pictures that my friends use as their facebook profile picture. This is not now happening and I can't re-set it. I did remove my facebook account briefly from my phone, as I'm experiencing trouble using fb on my phone.
I'm sure there must be a simple way of putting the contact pictures back, but I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work

I had to get a replacement HTC one and for whatever reason, a lot of my contacts are not syncing to my Facebook pictures.
I've noticed that most of them have a little icon beside it, what it means

I installed .419 and resynced. Everything works fine but one thing - none of my contact pictures in Outlook are syncing to the BlackBerry. First time this has happened. I treid to clear the BlackBerry contact database and resync, but again, everything resynced except the contact pictures.

I made the mistake of letting Facebook touch my phone, and now Facebook thinks it owns the damn thing.
No matter how many times I set the contact pictures on my contacts to the pictures I want (and in the list of linked contacts, it shows the correct pictures), the contact's main picture is their Facebook profile picture, and if they don't have one, then it's the generic Facebook blue head.

I just switched to the HTC One M9 and am using GoSMS Pro for my messaging. In my Phonebook Contacts, all of my linked FB contacts have their current profile pic showing up but in the GoSMS Pro app, they just show up as default blue avatar. I can manually save each profile pic and assign it to a contact, but I don't want to have to do that for all of my FB friends!

I got my Droid X back in December and the Facebook pictures for each contact haven't updated once since I got the phone. I've tried telling it to sync, but the pictures remain the same. Also, with some of my contacts it lists their Twitter name as their name, even if I type in a new name. Is there some way to set a default name? When I'm searching for someone to call/text, I don't normally think of them by their Twitter name, so it can make some people difficult to find. Other people come up by the names I set them to. Not sure what I did differently there.

I was wondering if the X10 can do the same as my last android Hero, which basically link the facebook info contact to my related phone contact, including the picture. I guess this wont need any hardware, but software. Has this improvement being asked or is it planned for future updates?

This might sound like a silly question but i've set up facebook on my blackberry which is fine, then my mom brought the same one and asked me to set up hers aswell for her, and somehow on my moms i managed to do something that made peoples facebook pictures come up as there contact photo in her address book, but now i cant figure out how to do it on mine! lolll. When my phone was still in gingerbread, it functioned really well, including Facebook. But then when I updated my phone to ICS, I realized that:Contact pictures are no longer updating.It cannot detect facebook profiles of my new contacts.And when it does detect a facebook profile of one of my new contacts, it does not show any contact picture whatsoever.Statuses were also not syncing (not that they matter)I even resetted my phone into its factory settings and formatted my SD card. I cleared the data of Facebook as well. What should I do?

I have a Xperia Z3 and I used to have facebook synced with contacts so I had facebook profile pics on most my contacts. all in all the phonebook looked nice with a pic against a number and a name.
But recently, I've noticed that all these pics have gone missing.
When i go to Contacts> Settings>Accounts & Sync
I cant see Facebook listed under the linked Accounts and when I Click on + Add Account i can see the Facebook app but if i tap on it to add it shows a message "Only on Facebook account is supported".
if I come out of Contacts and from main screen go to, Settings>Accounts I can see 2 Facebook accounts, Facebook and also Xperia™ with Facebook.
Now if I tap on Facebook it will take me to another page that shows me my facebook email address against facebook logo but nothing (no options) underneath.if i tap on the three vertical dts on top right corner the only options it gives me are Sync now and Remove account. I've pressed Sync now a number of times it doesnt bring facebook contacts to Contacts.
If I tap on Xperia™ with Facebook, shows me last Synced date on a new page and also a tab called Application control settings. now If i tap this it takes me to Xperia™ with Facebook Account Management. underneath it says Apps connected to Facebook account. and it only shows Calender (this has a enable/disable switch next to it)
I've looked everywhere I know but i cant get the phone to sync facebook with Contacts...

My Xperia Ray never showed the contacts image, mobile no. and status under Contacts after sync is made. I only show their full name and relationship status and nothing else. I have read some threads about uninstalling the app but it never worked.

When you go into the phonebook, select a contact and swipe sideways along to messaging, it shows - very nicely - a thread of all your texts with that contact, with contact pictures to boot. However, when in the messaging application these pictures are nowhere to be seen. Is there a setting Im missing that enables these contact pictures in the messaging app or is this one design that SE has forgotten to make consistent between the apps?

I have currently installed the official 2.1 version on my X10a and I have an issue with timescape. On the facebook tiles there are no pictures, just blank/generic tiles with the updates. Emails, SMS and call log all work fine but not fb. Is there a setting I am missing?

Im using a xperia ray. i did connect my favorit contacts with theyr facebookprofile and insert theyr facebook profile picture as contactpicture.Now i have the problem that the pictures are very very small. im asking me so long if that is normal or not. and if not, im interessted to know how i can change that.If i use a picture that is local on my device than i get a big contact-picture.

How can I have my x10 mini pro display my contacts' chosen picture (as saved in the phonebook) and not the contact's picture from facebook? I don't necessarily want to separate the contact from their facebook profile.

how to sync facebook pics with contacts, even though your contacts have nicknames? I have tried the facebook app "sony ericsson contacts" and it doesnt work. Tried to merge contacts manually on the phone but then my contacts shows their facebooknames and not their nicknames.
