I have updated my phone to 2.3.4 and started to have this problem, my phone takes a while to wake up ie: when pressing the home button or when the phone rings the screen takes 1.5-2 seconds to light up!

The calendar is super super slow !! If I try to change day it takes a lot of time and IMPOSSIBLE to modify an eventif I try to modify before opening it it takes 20 seconds. Other problem is Phone Book it is crazy we can not modify the details in the contacts. Example I would like to add 2 or 3 mobile numbers but NEED to change and personalize the tag as "mum phone" or personal mobile or second mobile but I can t ! I updated my my phone to 2.1v1. It is a new phone to me so not sure about its characteristics. When I bring the phone out of sleep by pressing the back button it will stay on for about 3 seconds then switch off. This without dragging the unlock button to unlock it. If I drag the unlock button it will stay on as usual. So is it normal for the phone to switch itself off after 2/3 seconds if the screen is untouched?

View 1 Replies View RelatedThis is a major harassment for me because I send and recieve a lot of email and SMS on my phone. When I open the Mail app, I get no responce for 10+ seconds, then the app "opens" but will not respond for atleast 20 seconds, often with the titlebar still showing my today screen. This also happens when I'm in a message/conversation and just hit "ok" to go back to the list of messages/conversations, it's atleast 30 seconds before I can select anything. Anyone know what's wrong? I only have 6-7 conversations on the page and 10 or less emails on that page. Rebooting the phone only makes a minor difference in speed. Have not hard-reset because I dont want to lose all my contacts, apps, etc.

I'm sure it's not a connection issue since telegram works like a charm.
This had been bugging me for 3 days now. I don't have another phone to use. I've tried to repair the software using Update Service but it do no good. After pressing the On button at the top of the phone, the phone will vibrate after a sec and then there's a backlight but the "Sony Ericson" logo does not appear and after about 6 seconds the backlight will fade.

It connects fine and has paired with it but it seems to disconnecting every 25 seconds or so and then reconnecting 25 seconds later. Its driving me bananas cos each time it does it the radio cuts out. If i am on a call it seems to keep connection. I fell i may have missed a setting somewhere but cant find anything about this.

Yes, it is only 2.2 mp but my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy S2) was not taking pictures as fuzzy as this one although it was 2.0 mp. I'm not sure about this problems duration. I think it was better last year. Thus, maybe upgrading system or something like this affected on camera software. I want to take nice photos with both cameras.
