View 10 RepliesThe update today started downloading at my phone (still at 0%) and the phone started to get really hot. When I looked at it, it said I had low storage and needed to make some space for the update. However, the storage shows I am only using 7 gigs of space, so I have plenty left.

View 10 Replies View RelatedAny app that can get rid of the loud volume warning when connecting over Bluetooth? I'm sure if I root, I can do it, but not looking to root. I understand the warning is for safety , but the Bluetooth is really quiet for some reason in my truck compared to my previous phones. I need to have the volume set at full so that I can keep the volume of my truck stereo at a normal volume.

View 20 Replies View RelatedI know this has been asked before about other devices, but I have not been able to find a solution anywhere.
When turning off mobile data, each time I get a warning that reads "Unless you use Wi-Fi, you will no longer be able to use the Internet, Email or other apps that require a data connection."
I turn mobile data off and on frequently throughout the day. This message has become gradually more annoying. I think it is bad UX and at the very least, there should be a way to disable it.
How do I turn off the very annoying battery warning message? how do I disable battery warning message? Both these are very annoying and ever remind me of windows which I hate
Info:
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1
The phone makes annoying warning sound / warning tone every now and then, apparently due to 3G / gprs connection background status changes (lost / got connection / put connection on hold / whatever). It is definitely not due to incoming sms message or alarm clock etc. This kind of semi random noise especially as it can happen during the night for no apparent reason.
View 4 Replies View RelatedHad this same problem on the S4. Whenever I open the Google Music app, for example, and then turn up the volume using the volume rocker, that annoying warning that says "Listening at high volume can cause hearing damage..." or whatever pops up, and you have to hit OK to dismiss it. On the S5 that warning even seems to pop up more often. I never figured out how to disable it on my S4, which was running an older version of Android, nor do I know how to disable it on my S5 running Kit Kat 4.2.2.

The problem that I have is that the audio is too quiet when using the bluetooth in my car, so every time I have to reboot my phone I have to increase the volume, skip past the warning and then raise the volume.
This happens when I try and raise the volume with either Google Music or Dogg Catcher.
The problem is that due to my work, I have to keep my phone off so I go through this at least twice a day.
I had a search but I couldn't find anything that was relevant to the Galaxy S6.
When you plug in a password protected iPhone to a Windows computer, you are prompted whether you want to view/copy files. Even if you disable autoplay, you can still navigate to the device and access all files. This should only be possible if the device is unlocked. How can one disable this security hole?
Info:
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1
IT Policy for "security" reasons. Kind of ticks me off since this is my own device, but using it so I don't have to carry 2 BB's. Encryption set to on, locked. No mass storage mode, locked.Anyway, can anyone tell me where on the device the stock "folder" icons are? I would like to replace them with some that are more elegant. And since no mass storage mode when i connect to computer, how do I move them from the SD card to device memory?

View 10 Replies View RelatedI´ve just bought a Xperia Mini and though it´s beautiful little phone it doesn´t have sync with Outlook. That is basic feature if you use the phone as a working tool. You can sync music in different ways, but you can´t use it in work.
So I have to warn you all: don´t buy the Experia mini.
The warning symbol keeps randomly appearing on my screen, also this morning there is now what looks like a toothed circle with arrows pointing in either directions alonside it.

I want to turn off the warning messages that pop up in the default message app (e.g. the message that shows the number of characters or number of messages). These messages pop up right in the text box and are very annoying, I often have to stop typing to wait for the message to go away so I can see what's been typed or to edit. How do I turn these off?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had several videos on my SK17i ruined because a warning popped up that there was only 10% of 5% left of the power in the battery. This warning immediately stops the video recording, while there is more than enough power left to finish what I wanted to record (a band's performance). This is very annoying. Is there a way to turn off this pop-up?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an iPhone 5 and its at full capacity. Mostly due to my large music library. I noticed I can increase my iCloud storage to up 50GB with yearly payments. Does this increase the overall storage on the iPhone 5? Essentially, I am trying to increase how much music I can hold on my iPhone. If I add 10 to 20GB of iCloud storage, will I be able to add more data (audio files) to my iPhone?

View 9 Replies View RelatedOne of the first things that annoyed me with my Z3+ was how much internal storage was taken up by 'Android System'.
Â
My old Z1 came with 16GB storage, and 'Android System' took up about 1.6GB.
Â
On my Z3+ which came with 32GB, 'Android System'Â takes up 9.42GB. So comparatively, the Z3+ is more like a phone with 24GB internal storage.
I've installed an 8 GB SD card on my xperia X8 but when I download an app. It gets stored on my phone instead. How do I change my SD into primary storage device and move my apps. into my SD card? By the way I have Andriod 2.1

View 6 Replies View RelatedI've noticed the the device memory bar on the storage scene in settings is displaying the wrong information. The bar shows i have used 3/4 of my internal memory, mainly as app. However the amount shown as available on the same screen shows 9.3MB. Also in device facts (under the diagnostics menu ) it shows that i have only used 2.3GB. I think the problem comes from my use of the sd storage feature on google music. The music files are definitely saved on the sd card. The phone seems to recognise this itis just this status bar that is misreading the information. Or should i just ignore it?
