Galaxy S6 :: How To Disable Raise Volume Above Level Warning
Jul 2, 2015
How can I disable the"Raise volume above safe level warning" and set my volume to the loudest volume?
The problem that I have is that the audio is too quiet when using the bluetooth in my car, so every time I have to reboot my phone I have to increase the volume, skip past the warning and then raise the volume.
This happens when I try and raise the volume with either Google Music or Dogg Catcher.
The problem is that due to my work, I have to keep my phone off so I go through this at least twice a day.
I had a search but I couldn't find anything that was relevant to the Galaxy S6.

Any app that can get rid of the loud volume warning when connecting over Bluetooth? I'm sure if I root, I can do it, but not looking to root. I understand the warning is for safety , but the Bluetooth is really quiet for some reason in my truck compared to my previous phones. I need to have the volume set at full so that I can keep the volume of my truck stereo at a normal volume.

Had this same problem on the S4. Whenever I open the Google Music app, for example, and then turn up the volume using the volume rocker, that annoying warning that says "Listening at high volume can cause hearing damage..." or whatever pops up, and you have to hit OK to dismiss it. On the S5 that warning even seems to pop up more often. I never figured out how to disable it on my S4, which was running an older version of Android, nor do I know how to disable it on my S5 running Kit Kat 4.2.2.

When you are playing a song on the factory installed Google Play Music app or any other app with an equalizer or when using a separate equalizer and you increase any of the bands in the equalizer, the overall volume of the song drops.
To easily reproduce the problem, start playing a song on the Google Play Music app, go to settings, select equalizer, select advanced. Set the equalizer bands to flat (in the middle settings for all bands). While a song is playing, raise any equalizer band and the overall volume of the song goes down dramatically, like by half. This is especially noticeable as you increase the 16k slider. This is not how equalizers should work. A working equalizer should amplify the band you increased but leave the volume on all other bands the same and thus not lower the overall volume of the song. This is happening with all equalizer apps I've installed (besides the stock Music FX and SoundAlive equalizers) and I've seen the exact thing happen with three other equalizer apps on this phone, so it seems like a specific Samsung Galaxy S5 problem.

I'm assuming it's possible to remove the headphone warning when plugging in after rebooting, and also to have the volume stay at the high level after reboot.
Is this easy to do? I'm on vzw, doubt it matters

Can I manually remove the safe volume warning? Im rooted. Also how about the screen that comes on everytime Bluetooth is toggled on? And lastly, the Google location consent everytime GPS is toggled. All 3 of these things are super redundant and super annoying.

When I do on my newly purchased Samsung Galaxy S6, the volume is way too low to be able to understand anything. If I don't have any noise around me, it's fine, otherwise not. I have the volume all up. I tried this Volume+ app here: [URL] .... but it wouldn't change anything in the volume level.

On the Galaxy S2 even though the ringtone volume is set to max, initially it starts off quietly and gradually increases in volume. Is there any way of changing this to ring at a constant level instead of starting quietly and gradually getting louder - the number of calls I've missed because of it.

I just bought the Blackberry Tour and so far I love the phone except for the volume issue. It has horrible volume. I was wondering if there was a way to raise the volume while you are talking on the phone with and without the earpiece it came with?

I need this rubbish disabled as i constantly change volume when on SMS screen. I can see how this would be useful for old people that cant read small text or are constantly fiddling with the text size, but its useless.

I know this has been asked before about other devices, but I have not been able to find a solution anywhere.
When turning off mobile data, each time I get a warning that reads "Unless you use Wi-Fi, you will no longer be able to use the Internet, Email or other apps that require a data connection."
I turn mobile data off and on frequently throughout the day. This message has become gradually more annoying. I think it is bad UX and at the very least, there should be a way to disable it.

The phone makes annoying warning sound / warning tone every now and then, apparently due to 3G / gprs connection background status changes (lost / got connection / put connection on hold / whatever). It is definitely not due to incoming sms message or alarm clock etc. This kind of semi random noise especially as it can happen during the night for no apparent reason.

Just got my shiny new LG G3 and reasonably happy with it. One issue I cant quite seem to resolve is that when the phone rings, the first ring is loud, then the volume drops. Not good when outside or in my pocket. Is there any way to maintain the volume at the higher level?

I am experimenting a very weird and annoying problem with my Lumia 900. Since last night the volume level during the phone call became suddenly very very low. I can hardly hear the other speaker. Apparently this is only happening during a phone call in normal mode. If I press the loudspeaker button, for example, I can hear the conversation perfectly as usual. Same using the earpiece: I can hear and talk without any problem. Moreover, the audio output appears to be OK outside the phone call itself: when using apps, music, games or any other feature except the phone call, I can't spot anything abnormal in the volume level, everything appears to work properly.
I would like to point out that:1) the volume level during the call is set to the max. level as usual (10/10)2) the master volume of the device, as set though both right-hand buttons, is set as usual to the max. level (30/30).3) I turned off and on the device at least five times since last night. Unfortunately the problem persists4) I made several tests by dialing different numbers, with no success: the volume level is still very very low during a call.5) I did not notice any other problem in the last days nor the device suffered any "catastrophic" event. In other words, I can only hear a speaker during a phone call either keeping the loudspeaker always on or using the earpiece. It's like my call volume were set to 1 or 2, while it is actually set to 10!I am really surprised, I bought my Lumia 900 end of June and I was very, very satisfied so far

Is there another way to optimize the volume level of the phone when listening to music.
Seems that even though it's on maximum volume, it's not loud enough.
