I want to turn off the warning messages that pop up in the default message app (e.g. the message that shows the number of characters or number of messages). These messages pop up right in the text box and are very annoying, I often have to stop typing to wait for the message to go away so I can see what's been typed or to edit. How do I turn these off?

But i have a tiny problem, sometime when i enter or use any application it suddenly take me to the store or take me to chrome and give me a fake warning message, i don't have a screen shots now, but i will take a screenshot when it happens to me again. this thing is so annoying and it is like an advrtisment to an app.

How to disable the data usage warning? I'm aware that I can just set the limit to a ridiculous amount and it will stop going off, but that's not what I'm looking for. I guess I'm just easily annoyed by the fact that there is no setting to turn this off. You can uncheck the box for "set data limit" but that still doesn't get rid of the warning.

Any way to turn this super ridiculous "feature" off? I have lost the SMS text icon overnight and the ability to receive and identify SMS messages. I removed the battery and all the obvious re-boot operations. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have been using PC Sync for a long while now, and had no problems so far But since about two weeks ago, the entries that have been entered / modified in Microsoft Outlook, are not synced into my phone at all. PC Sync tells a warning message about these events and contacts, says it could not insert entries into the mobile phone. All the entries that have been entered / changed on my phone, are succesfully synced into my Outlook. I did not change / install anything so I do not know why did this issue started about two weeks ago.

I've had several videos on my SK17i ruined because a warning popped up that there was only 10% of 5% left of the power in the battery. This warning immediately stops the video recording, while there is more than enough power left to finish what I wanted to record (a band's performance). This is very annoying. So far so good, but then when you press the number you want to call you must also choose between "mark as default" or "just once" EVERY TIME.
For most of these contacts choosing a default number would be more trouble than it's worth because the number I want changes depending on time of day etc. I would just like to skip that step entirely.
How to make go sms pro my default for receiving messages. At the moment I send messages via the app but receive them via HTC message which is annoying if I want to reply with emoji etc. I tried switching htc messages off in settings but still receiving via same.
