Basically my phone was fine when I got it a week and a half ago and then it started, when I touch the keys at the bottom or type the vibration is on low but there's a loud buzz when I touch the keys. I've tried turning the vibration intensity up and down and the buzz is still there. I've seen other posts on google about this but nothing to say what happened after they complained. My partner has the same phone and his only makes the buzz sound every two or three types. When the phone rings it's the same. I tested it against a note 3 and there was no noise when the keys were pressed with the vibration on.
Since I updated the phone on Monday with the latest Sony release 5.0.2 Build Number 23.1.A.1.28 the phone suddenly omits a loud buzzing sound like an out of tune radio station. It lasts about 2-3 seconds and then goes off by itself. What is this all about and why are these updates causing SO MUCH damage to the phone?
I got a brand new Xperia z3 and I was really really happy about my purchase, at least for the first 5 minutes, when I realised that the top speaker makes this buzzing sound during calls or listening to music. It is really annoying, tried everything with the settings but nothing changes.
So lately I have not been getting hangout notifications and it's driving me nuts. I have it paired to my android wear watch and 80% of the time it works fine but other times I get text messages and nothing, no buzz, not even a notification in my task manager letting me know I have a unread message, totally blank. It's not until I go into hangouts and I see the bold text that I know I got a message. Even when not paired to the watch, same thing, no buzz, sound, notification icon, nothing until I open hangouts and see it.
Fully stock and on 6.0.1 as of a few days ago and still the problem.
Just got my S6E about 1 hour ago and still setting it up. I have vibration turned off under sounds and notifications, however I'm still getting a buzz every time I pick the phone up.
My microphone icon is crossed out,so whenever i get or make a call i have to put loud speaker on.this icon is only visable in top right corner when you make or recieve a call
Today i notice that i have this problem: URL....but on my bt speaker. Was fine when last tested couple of days ago.My Karbon Onyx speaker screams of pain now, even at lowest volume(unless 0 when its silent as in linked problem above) , while sound on my sony mdr-as800BT seems fine. Have not yet tested in my car.I seem to have all kind of volume related problem with this phone(z3) , earlier this...
My phone doesn't have enough sound as it was before. I mean all sounds like system notifications, ring tones, music, videos are not so loud in a maximum level, I can't hear my phone in my handbag when it's calling!
But if use my earbuds everything works good as usual. My phone was not dropped or under the water or rooted or something like this..
I have just purchased my X10 no more than a day ago and find that when talking to someone the ear piece volume is not very loud. I have set the volume setting to max and its still very faint and hard to hear.I also find the Ring Tone Volume is not very loud, even after setting it to max.I have confirmed the Firmware is the latest version, just as a process of elimination.
I have an issue here with the phone. The issue came after the battery is pull off and put in on back. Previously everything is ok.When answering a call without a bluetooth device/handfree, I can't hear anything from the phone until I need to use the loud speaker always. Otherwise, I need to use the bluetooth all the while.
HiI have had complaints from people I am speaking to of loud static/banging noises. These noises happen intemitantly with no real pattern, virtually everytime I make a phone call. I cannot hear them on my end though! I have been told that this is extremely annoying, almost painfull, and people no longer want to talk to me!
I have my Z5 Premium on my at&t network and I will occasionally get a loud electronic screeching or beeping when a call connects or disconnects. I've tried a few different sim cards and a factory reset and the issue seems to, at very best, just happen less frequently.
I only noticed this issue when sending a video to a friend last week. I thought it was just an error with that specific recording but I just recorded another one and there is no sound whatsoever. Instead it's all just very loud static noise. I've only had this phone since around early December.
My sk17i mini pro received an update (Build Number 4.0.2.A.0.62, i believe?) a few days ago and since then when making/receiving calls the loudspeaker is always on by default, rather than the ear speaker. This didn't happen before. This isn't a major problem but now I have to switch to the ear speaker during every phone call. (By the way, the loudspeaker volume is superb!)Is there a way to set the ear speaker to default for phone calls?
I'm sure the other day when i was in an SMS thread in the stock messaging app i noticed words to the effect of '<contact name> is typing a message'. Surprised me as I thought only services live Whatsapp and FB Msgr did this? Am i halucinating? And if not, to how this works over SMS?
I got an keyboard issue while typing i face alot of laggs ! what can i do? when i first updated my phone to 2.1 it worked good for a good while i have done several system repairs and always the same thing anything i can do?
Sometimes when typing I can't use the back/home keys and the screen becomes unresponsive for a few seconds then will work OK for a while then do the same again.
The screen on my Z5 has become over sensitive and when scrolling it keeps opening pages or links even when I hardly touch the screen. Indeed while typing this sort paragraph it's taking longer because the keyboard is entering letters for me. I have already rebooted the phone reinstalled software and was OK for a while. But now it's back. Impossible to go on to Facebook as I can't scroll down without opening every link.
after fixing the back/menu keys problem and updating my xperia by them in service center, now my problem is, when i touch the keys in message, or typing, it vibrate. Even when i typing in the browser, search, phone number, etc. it vibrate.
I tried all the options in sound settings, I tried all the options in the vibrate, but still the same.
I had W350i which had a CD of PC Suite which had the facility of typing long SMS by connecting mobile phones with PC and then type from computer's keyboard long SMS but how can I do it now, I have Xperia X10 Mini Pro, I don't know that PC companion has this facility because it is too heavy to install as my web connection is not good enough? Is there anyone has the solution? It has 2.1 Android.
I am having an issue with my phone, when im typing quite fast the vibration on my phone will just stop. I have to lock my screen, give it some time and then unlock it to get the vibration back.
Ive tried restarting the phone, installing a different keyboard and clearing the keyboards cache.
when typing with the physical keyboard, the Z and the Y is changed. So the Y is next to the U and the Z is next to the X. How can I change this? I want to have it the other way around.
I've recently started getting a problem where my text message program freezes if my phone turns off the screen (i.e. me being inactive for a while). When I get back again it says I can either wait for it to respond or terminate the process. If I wait it unfreezes, but it is still very irritating that it happens every time.
And who's incredibly stupid idea was it to make long SMS messages into MMS-messages? I have problems with my messages not being sent properly, or being sent only partially, all the time. Is there any way to change back so it just adds more text messages instead of converting into MMS?
I use the standard text messaging program that came with my X10 mini pro, and I'd rather not switch since I found it quite good until after recent updates when I got these problems.
