recently youtube has stopped working on my sony xperia z3 dual. it is still working on my sony xperia z1, uninstalled all the youtube updates, and restart the handset. but issue still there Error Message: "connection to server lost, touch to retry"
View 9 RepliesI recently dropped my phone about 2 feet and the screen cracked a bit in the upper right-hand corner. The phone has been fine for about a week since the incident, no problems at all. Yesterday I noticed there was some slight bugginess with regards to the touchscreen. I turned it off then back on, and it began to be unresponsive entirely, so I put the phone away and ignored it for a minute. I try again and it works just fine. A few minutes later, the same issue happened again, but I had no luck just ignoring it. I am unable to unlock my phone at all. I can still navigate through the power options just fine using the d-pad. I tried connecting it to a computer and to a power source and had no luck with that either. The phone won't charge and won't mount on a computer.

It is not a WiFi problem - other devices in the house are OK eg Apple iPad. WiFi checker shows a 5.2 error.The sony.net website is accessible on my PC (interesting to note that their Recent News Release page makes no mention of their troubles with the North Koreans!)

I now have the wi-fi logo appear dimmed but not connected and never seems to connect for the past 2/3 days. The internet connection is fine as is working on my laptop with no problems, through wi-fi!

When connecting the phone to the docks I get a "This accessory not supported" message on the phone and when I hook it up in the car the car display plays music but is stuck on displaying only the name of the first song and doesn't change when moving from one song to another.

I had some minor problems on my phone which made my market crash and I decided to do a factory reset. After that.. s*** gone wild. I done everything I had to do, at the startup I wanted to login to my g-mail but NOPE. So, I've done another factory reset. And another. And another. Then I got the PC Companion, reset my phone twice that way. Still nothing.

I then used the YouTube app and realized there was no 1080p option anymore. View 9 Replies View RelatedRecently I updated (repaired) my Xperia X8's android OS by using PC Companion. Now I cant log in, in my google account. After giving id & password everytime it says "Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or ypur phome may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues, call Customer Care."
1. I did reset factory data. [ settings > privacy > factory data reset ]. And same thing happened.2. Tried to open a new google account too. Same report appeared.3. I'm using wifi not mobile data. Signal strength is excellent. Wifi is working. I'm using browser of my phone.
Kepps coming when i try to log into gmail on my phone. I don't know what to do.. I tried everything, i restarted my phone, i even repared it with sony ericsson companion.

I've tried upgrading the software through PC companion and that hasn't resolved the issue. (It's not in airplane mode and I've also tried powering on/off/on, cleaning SIM card etc)

The version of the update is 23.0.1.A.3.9
I've seen that the wifi connection between PC and phone works fine (in fact, if a server is mounted on phone, the PC finds it and can connect to the server) and the connection from the phone to another hotspot works, but if the node is the phone, the tunnelling between mobile data connection and wifi network, doesn't work (as no route is made!), so, PC connects to phone, but can't access to the Net.
I rinsed my phone under the tap today because someone got chocolate icing on the screen. I didn't submerse it in water and i haven't dropped it. I simply ran it under the tap for no more than 5 seconds then dried it on my shirt and now the touchscreen doesnt work.
I made sure the flaps were closed and i've checked the indicators, on both sides they are yellow/white and not pink.
I'm trying a repair through the computer as restarting the phone has done nothing.
After switching off my Xperia Z3 from charging.. My keyboard started giving message..Unfortunately XPERIA keyboard has stopped working. Only thing i cud do was click Ok and it repeatedly showed up untill i restarted.

I dont know what actually does the device usage do because after pressing Ok i can do what i want for another 5 minutes to get the mesage.
