Jun 10, 2014I just bought the new Z2, it was great until I can't sync or back up my data to my laptop. My laptop is using Window 7 and I have updated the phone to 17.1.1.A0.402 version. Beside that I also updated the Sony PC Companion, yet nothing can I do to sync or back up to my laptop even y using wifi or usb cable (original from the box). My laptop also can't detect the Z2 device too.

Mar 12, 2015I have successfully paired my z3 to my laptop and once I connect wirelessly everything is fine and I can use my laptop to view all the files on my phone. However the connecting does not keep, especially if i try to move items from one folder to another, it simply disconnects and doesnt reconnect unless I do it manually.
This is preventing me from doing anything that MTP has to offer so it is actually a pretty useless application for me.
I have made sure my phone doesnt go idle during this time so it's not that.

Aug 25, 2015When I am streaming a music on my XPERIA Z2 phone using THROW option onto my HP laptop, immediately xperia z2 bluetooth player pops up in my laptop showing progress of music but sound does not come from the player that is frustrating because everything with this throw option is ok except this sound issue.
I thought there might be some issue with my laptop so I tried my phone THROW option with other laptop also, there also the same problem is occurring. Other android phones like Lenovo, MI1s, even they do not have this THROW option, this problem is not occurring when I am streaming music from these phone onto my Laptop having simply turned on bluetooth in these phones.

Jul 22, 2015I changed my phone to a camera device on the phone itself so I could choose to import my pictures to my laptop. God forbid its that easy. I opened the folder full of my imported pictures and the folder is just full of random stock photos. None of which were actually on my device. It did manage to copy a few pictures that were actually on my device but even then, it made hundreds of random copies of the same 10 photos. Doing this on my old iphone would've taken 30 seconds. As soon as I my upgrade comes back around i'm most definitely going back to apple. I've had nothing but problems with this phone. I wouldn't even have had to upload these pictures to my laptop if I wasnt going on my 3RD device in the same year.

Aug 15, 2015I just bought my Sony Z5 today and on unpacking it and getting it up and running I am finding that it runs hot even while charging and that was not what my old Z3 did.
Secondly I cannot connect bluetooth to my Yamaha soundbar which did work with the Z3.
Last but not least I took it out to send some pics of Edinburgh for a friend and it seems like the camera is still focusing when the pic is taken, the pics are coming out all fuzzy.
