Apr 16, 2010Couple of months back I upgrade my Nokia 5800 to V40. After that, i have started having peculiar problem with the FM Radio. Radio plays fine. but when I keep switching the different saved stations, at one point it just HANGS. No keys on my phone hands free work and the only option left for me would be remove the battery and reboot the phone.

May 18, 2010After upgrade my bold from 4.6 to 5.0, when system starts appear a message box with a text like this:"This mobile device contains confidential software and property of RIM etc..."
at the end has a OK button but I can't click! I press the scroll, enter key, space key and nothing! If I don't click in this button I can't do anything in the phone!
If I pull over the batery and boot the phone, it's starts normally and this screen appear again and I stuck again!

Remote SIM access is enabled from E7 bluetooth settings. It is very annoying to see just the number for incoming phone calls, nor can you browse address book and make phone calls with car's built-in system.

No explanation as to WHICH username or password and no info when it fails as to what it is looking for. She told me it would take 3 days once it go to them. Which I might point out was NOT what we were told about it being end-user upgradable to 4G once it came out.Verizon's info shows you how to do a backup and then pack it for shipping, but no info on how to GET the shipping materials or address.

Jan 17, 2012since adding ndroid 2.1 through the official support site my X8 hangs about half the time when making calls. Specificaly the display goes out and you cannot end the call. The call does go on but to hang up you need to remove the battery. WiFi is runnig nOK and its OK on texts, only phone calls.

Feb 27, 2011i bought a new x10 mini pro. it comes with 2gb card. i used it for sometime. it was just awesome. then i thougt of upgrading it. i bought a 8gb micro sdhc card. i started using it.. and from the first day.. it made my phone heavy. it restarts. hangs up. screen times out. nothing is visible i click photos they are shown corrupted in the album. i went to the service center they asked for updation of software and charged me also. but it also didn't work up. i restored my phone to facotry settings.. and formatted the card too. when i used the same card with some other phone it was good enough. it just hangs up my phone. while listening to the music also it stops working the phone restarts.

Nov 3, 2010My X10 mini/pro hangs all the time. It hangs during following conditions -
1. Receiving calls - kept phone idle for some time. Getting a call on the phone.. and stuckkk!!! It hangs, just like that. Screen does not respond at all to the touches. And cannot pick the incoming call at all.
2. Already on a call - already on a call and get another incoming call.. trying to hold first call and pick up second. But again.. STUCKK!! Cant do anything since the screen does not repond.
When the phone hangs, cannot evne shut it down since shutting down requires you to hold the shut down button - which gives Menu (silent, airplane mode, shutdown etc.) and you cant select Shutdown option since the screen is not responding to touch.
So only thing you can do is remove the battery and put it back. This worked for some time, but now I have replace battery 2 to 3 times before the phone starts responding to touch again.
I read of some forums that other people too have faced this issue and even software/firmware upgrade has not worked. Is this issues due to a bad piece or with all X10 mini/pros?

Aug 8, 2011Here's my probelem and as i have read around the problem never has been helped out. Oke after i have flashed my phone from 1.6 to 2.1 i never had any problems. but when i updated my phone from 2.1 using PC Companion to 2.3.3. the phone just died. It keeps hagging in flash mode and after like 10 sec it vibrates and won't stop until the bat is dead. What i have done: I have tried to flashing it using the flash tools with many firmwares nothing worked, then i have used the SEUS repair function but when i use that it only wants to flash it to 2.3.3 and doesn't repair it, unless the repair is only reflashing and without whipe user data then it didn't work. Oke anyone with ideas? There are like 3 other people with the same problem and i think we all have an X10i So? The unbrickable phone has a weakness...
