I am unable to access the special symbols - when I press the symbol key on my phone keypad nothing happens. I've tried software updates and asking my supplier. Do i need to return it to my supplier for them to return to Sony?

I get warnings that I have shut down datatraffic and roaming, but there is still a small R on the statusline. Furthermore there was two arrows to the left, and this change into small boxes with a red cross when I switched off the datatraffic My question is: is my phone sat to download and upload with the R still on, wich will probably cost a lot of money, and how can I switch it off if necessary? Witch services will I not be able to use with the datatraffic switched off?

I have got a new Xperia X10 mini Pro. Th problem is that the slide out keyboard mapping is probably wrong or some setting needs to be done.When I press a key with "?" on the slideout keyboard I get a ":" on the screen. This happens for other symbols also Numbers and alphets are correct only the symbols are messed up.

I've sent myself a simple email with a simple MS Word attachment to a regular Pop email account: the inbox list display shows a paperclip against the item, but if I open the email there is no indication of an attachment. If I long press on the email header, there's a message 'cannot view attachment'. The same email sent to Gmail shows the attachment, with a 'preview' button. If I press that the attachment appears in a viewer of some sort (the browser?).
What can I do with an attachment, beyond just viewing it?

When I access Gmail using the preinstalled app key it only gives me limited functions. The screen only shows my inbox and the messages in it so I can only reply or forward sent messages. I cannot start a new message or access any other functions that are available to me if I access Gmail through the browser key.Has anyone else had this problem?
