i tried this card (transcend 16gb micro sd, class 10) with other phones, with my camera and with computer even checked it with various softwares to check flash drive integrity and seems to be perfect and quite fast but if i try to use it with my x10 mini it keeps on restarting or freezing.no problems with the original 2gb card..

Is there another solution about this behavior ?Can we debug what is going on, with some program ? I'm thinking about some verbose information when symbian is booting ? Or some boot logs after boot ?If not, i'd like to say that it is very sad, because i'll never bye again nokia handset ever.

View 10 Replies View RelatedWhen I receive a message or try to type a message my phone is continually freezing. the message "the applicatioon Messaging (processcom.sonyericsson.conversations) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again." The only option is "force close". Messaging in general is very slow as some of my conversations are very long with many messages. However when i try to delete these conversation the same message comes up.

Repaired the software on PC companion while the memory card is mounted (Hence phone doesn't restart when it's mounted by the PC). Still no Joy with it. If I use the original 2GB one it does work no problem. Tried the memory card in a different phone and it works straight away.

I have tried temple run, fruit ninja & load runner from play store & many more. Also would like to add, all games install properly without giving any error, but they freeze while playing. View 4 Replies View RelatedSince last 4-5 days, I am seeing that whenever I connect my phone to my laptop (using usb), the phone restart and during this time I will have access to memory card for few seconds (30 sec), after that the card gets unmounted (from PC) and I will see a warning symbol (yellow triangle) on phone's notification bar. So I am unable to copy data to and from my phone. All this trouble started since I upgraded to 2.1 Note: I have checked the memory card by putting it to another phone and it works fine.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a Xperia mini pro SK17i and i've been using it for about 5 months now.. sometimes when i slide out the keyboard, the unit restarts.. and sometimes when playing music or when it's in my pocket it restarts.. i dont know why.. i message alot and i have about 5000 texts under one number.. whenever i want to send a message to that number i have to wait about 45 seconds for the conversation to load.. and while typing the wait/force close popup comes for messaging.. this is very annoying.. sometimes when in a hurry it restarts or messaging section freezes.. i've updated this to the latest firmware (4.0.2.A.0.62) and i did a full flash using SEUS about 3 months back.. but the problem still exists

At first it was all good, but then last week, I started noticing the battery started draining quicker than normal. Usually, I can get around 10 hours of use, but this went down at first to 8 hours, then rapidly plummeting to 6 then 4 hours. The shop where I got the phone from advised that it could be software corruption or faulty battery, and they were happy to send the phone off to Samsung to get it checked out, but I decided to run a few tests myself. I bought myself a genuine Samsung high capacity battery (I need it anyway), and installed it. I noticed that the battery drain was still happening, so it was not faulty battery. Then I decided to try removing the SD card.
View 6 Replies View RelatedMy N97 touchscreen sometimes freezes when I get a call. I try to unlock the phone by using the keyguard key [coz the screen is frozen] but nothing happens. I also try the call buttons and they also don't respond.
And could Nokia, please, change the setting on the display light after a call in the next update. The screen goes dark after the call that you cannot see the call duration at the end of the call. Its highly annoying!!! [At least to me since I have to monitor my calls since I roam alot]I do have the latest version of the Nokia Software installed on the N97 and everything else is working fine.

Okay, so no big deal I can retype but then it freezes on the White & Blue Nokia screen (no handshake).I tried shut it down, didn't respond. I took out the battery as the last resort.I put the battery back and tried to restart again. So, I thought I would get a bigger card and bought a 16GB microSD card as I would like to put more games and alot of my music on it as well
How would I go about transferring or copying all the files that are on the 8GB card to my 16GB card without losing any downloaded data i.e large game files and game saves? CAN THIS BE DONE? As I am new to Android, any step by step advice would be great by the way!
One thing I did try was copying all the data on the 8GB card to a folder on my PC (whilst enabling the 'view all hidden files and folders' option in XP) and copied the folder contents to the new 16GB card (pre formatted to FAT32). I put the new card in the phone but cannot access the games without having to re-download the GBs of data needed and all my games progress has disappeared along with a few games and some needed game data. e.g NFS Hot Pursuit starts but will not play!
