Xperia PLAY :: It Suddenly Freeze While Playing Game And Wont Turn On
Nov 23, 2011was playing angry birds this morning when my phone suddenly froze and shut down...not powering on since then. tried removing sd, charging using power charger, removed battery etc. nothing works.When i connect to my pc, it says 'USB Device not recognised and has malfunctioned etc.'cannot repair or update through PC Companion.

Jul 3, 2011I found many games include: greedy pigs, catoon defense 2, battle heart, etc ... (I purchased from android market) will randomly freeze during the game play if I turn on the sound! However, if I turn off the sound (I mean turn off the sound option in game, not mute the media volume), then all games runs without any problem.
Not every game will have this problem. For example, angry birds, finding difference, air attack, etc... No problem at all. It looks to me that most of defence games and real time strategy games are in this case. It's just the game itself freezed, not the whole system. I can still use "home" to go back to the main screen then kill the game app.
I'm using vodafone version s2 and already updated to the lastest firmware.

I have to reboot the phone to get it to work again which is does right away. I also find the phone will freeze up on occasion requiring a hard reset to get it to reboot. The 920 has this problem as well. What is up with this? I thought I'd seen the end of this kind of behavior when I left Android.

The only option is "force close". Messaging in general is very slow as some of my conversations are very long with many messages. However when i try to delete these conversation the same message comes up.

Dec 20, 2014My Lumia 1520 (ATT Version) has had this reboot cycle problem for about a week now. It started a week ago when it was at 2%, died and when I tried to charge it, it started freezing and rebooting and freezing and rebooting. Originally I thought it was a power issue because it always had 2% when it restarted. I got it home to my Nokia original cord plugged into my surface pro charger and charged it and fiddled with it like turning it on airplane mode, deleting unread messages before it restarted, etc. But then recently its been doing it more and its been doing it while at 40%, 12%, etc. Even when its plugged in. It seems to get very hot every time I do this. During all of this, I have Xbox music songs I have pending download. I was going to let those finish over WiFi but it won't let me turn on WiFi. I'm wondering if the 53 pending downloads could be causing this issue but I'm not sure. I'm running the latest dev preview and cyan. I have a ton of apps and music and all that installed on my SD card.

Jan 14, 2016Today I got a problem with my LG G4. I was in a whatsapp conversation, when my screen freezed. I couldn't click anywhere and couldn't go to the homescreen or lock the screen. A few moments later my screen went black.
Since then I can't start my phone. When I remove my battery and insert it 5 minutes later back into the phone, I can start the phone, I see the LG logo, but after that, my screen goes black again, so it's turned off automatically. When I try to start my phone again, it doesnt work. It only works when I remove the battery for a few minutes first.
I already tried to boot the phone in recovery mode, which didnt work either. I see the LG logo and after that the screen turns black again.
About 2 months ago my phone fell in water for a few moments. I instantly removed the battery and put the phone in a container with rice for 48 hours. After this the phone worked as it did before again.

What I mean by freezing is webpage might stop loading half way through or a video might stop streaming and just freezes. To get the WiFi to work again I have to turn WiFi off and then back on again. I have reset the phone and have tried another nexus 5, and still have the same issue. All of the other devices that I have (several computers, tablets, iPhones, an s4, etc) work fine. I have 3 Fritz! box routers that all have the same SSID, password, etc. I am using Verizon Fios.

Mar 25, 2015My new Xperia Z5 is on a constant reboot loop if it's plugged in to a charger or my laptop. I've already tried everything. I've tried pushing the "off" button underneath the sim card slot (I tried both ways including the 120 second method). I've tried plugging it into my laptop to use Sony Bridge to repair. Nothing works.
How do I perform a hard reset on the phone manually? I've tried to hold the power and VOL+ and this doens't work, it just keeps reboot looping. I see a red light and sometimes a blue light in the top left corner of the phone..
This just happened out of nowhere. The phone is 2 months new and I paid top dollar for it. I'm pissed off and have no phone.

Now when I watch movie's or play games make phone calls or something simple like receiving txt messages or emails (or to put it another way, everything the phone was designed to do) the handset simply freezes and makes a terrible buzzing noise for about 4 seconds then it shuts off completely.
