Mines been hanging for at least 30 minutes and if the only way to help is to get suggestions from non-blackberry employees while the support services hide away then the phone may as well go back and I'll, get an iPhone.
It shouldn't be up to the people on this forum to be left to do things themselves. Blackberry needs to get involved with all the problems and questions their updates are causing.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've noticed that ever since I updated my xperia play to the latest 2.3.4 update, the default browser struggles to load any web pages that begin with https, so I am unable to log in to a lot of web sites e.g. hotmail and google mail. The xperia play's email app gets my emails fine though so it seems to be something to do with the default browser? I've used a third party browser (Dolphin) and https web sites work fine through it.

View 3 Replies View RelatedGot myself an Sony Xperia Z5 not to long ago and i must admit I am very pleased by its performance and battery life. As webdesigner i ran into an problem which only occurs on my Xperia Z5. All other mobile brands don't have this problem with the page im working on.
The issue: when changing from landscape to portrait or vice versa, the content doesn't increase in size properly. Before i start digging deep i like to know if this has something to do with the Xperia settings?

Which web browser for windows phone can save web pages as html, mht. or pdf ? some sites say UC browser can save webpages. I installed UC browser but can't find any features can save web pages. I am using window 10 for phone preview.

I unistalled the because I dont need then. But after rebooting my Xperia, I saw again thise app on my app list! the I unistall then but each time, after rebooting my Xperia , I saw them on the app liste even if I used uninstaller pro or root uninstaller.how can I uninstall the definitively!
View 3 Replies View RelatedOK I just talked to SE tech support and they told me that the file transfer from the phone (say photos from SD card -- to PC) via Bluetooth IS NOT POSSIBLE! The feature was removed WITH 2.1!! The only thing you can do is to transfer files TO the phone, but I was told I need a separate android app to make my $400 phone do what a $30 nokia can do without any problems -- (browse my photos on the memory card and transfer them to my computer)!!! I wold like to get some official confirmation from the mods on this forum because due to all the issues with 2.1 I'm thinking of flashing my x10 back with 1.6!
I'm new to Android Device. I just bought Sony Ericsson Xperia Play R800i 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I was found Official Update from Sony Ericsson Site. Then I go with and after downloading update it's message me it will reboot and start again. But nothing happened. My phone was dead then. The reply from support is simply update software, I can't see why I have to do all this, as apart from anything else I don't currently have a phone line for internet due to illegal BT sales activity! It is also suggested that I send phone off in a jiffy bag to be repaired if unsuccessful, and what do I do for a phone in the mean time?? I have run all updates but it still doesn't work. It's annoying because the calendar is one of my most important tools.
I have had no issues with my blackberry internet browser in the past. But now my pages don't load at all - even though my apps like FB, twitter and email work just fine.

In Internet explorer settings "allow cookies on my phone" is already selected, but still while login in on some special website like touch.facebook.com or m.yahoo.com, these website ask to enable cookies. Are there any different settings in phone to allow cookies to enable us to login to this websites?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a BlackBerry Curve 8520 running BB OS 5. Recently the default BB browser will not load pages. After navigating to any page the loading bar at the bottom of the screen will fill up but when it is fill the browser will display a blank page. I installed Opera Mini on the devise and it opens up and displays all web pages fine. I have tried removing the battery and re inserting it without success. I am also unable to reinstall the browser from the BB desktop app. Is there any way to fix this issue without reintalling the OS from scratch?
