In my neo v, after enabling data traffic not able to connecting network on time. After 3 to 5 minutes notification shows data traffic symbol enabled. this issue facing not frequenlty, still worried with performance
View 2 Repliesthe thing is sometimes the data traffic doesnt work, i mean when i enable data traffic there is no E symbol and the same thing is happening with my GPS...sometimes they creates problem and if GPS get started its nt able to provide actual location.
things what i did--- system reset 2 times + system repair using PC companion but the problem is from 2 days..what should i do to enjoy my cell phone experience again..

I want to use wifi when available and only (expensive) 3G data when no wifi is available. what I should check? I've read that 'apndroid' can assist, however I don't want to use this if it's not necessary.

No notification comes in the notification bar once it is turned on and I am unable to connect. But on disconnecting, the data traffic has been disabled notification appears.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm just trying to work through my phone after updating to 2.1, it's like having a new phone and starting all over again!On the new 2.1 if you got to Settings, Wireless and Network, Mobile Networks....the top two are "Data Roaming" and "Date Traffic". Is DATA TRAFFIC equivalent to the Internet/MMS application on 1.6?If I click Yes to Data Traffic it warns me that "additional charges may apply....." etc etc. I didn't get that warning on 1.6? Is this just the standard internet connection?

Like for example I'm running a personal hotspot (portable 3g router - say ssid TEST) that has a certain ammount of data available per month, and I want to see on my phone for example, how much data I have used on that particular network (ssid TEST).
I found some apps that show monthly and daily wifi usage, but it's combined for all wifi networks you connect to. I am looking for an app that shows usage per wifi network.

It usually tells me if there are road constructions, traffic congestions, recalculates directions, etc.On my GPS everything is turned ON under Traffic. View 7 Replies View RelatedMy internal memory is about 75% full so I bought a 32GB SD card.
When I go to Settings -> Storage -> Transfer data to SD card nothing happens at all. No error message, dialog or notification appears.
I have seen what is supposed to happen form instructional videos.
I can see the SD card is present in the storage menu with approx 29GB free, and I can view the card in ES File Explorer.
If leave a wifi area my xperia z2 doesn't start to use mobile data, so I have to reboot like ten times a day...
Also i even lose mobile data without entering a wifi sometimes.furthermore the signal is pretty weak compared to my old xperia Z :-(
I have a three month old Z3 on Vodafone in the UK. I have travelled abroad with it 4 times in that time. The first 3 times were fine. Data worked as normal. This month I went to CZ Republic where it was fine. Flew home Saturday. Flew to Spain on the Sunday - no data roaming. I could get texts and make calls but could not get internet or even pick up a 3g or 4g signal at all - even though my 3 friends, all on vodafone right next to me had no problem. I called vodafone and took it into a shop over there. They reset all of the settings for me including setting a new APN etc.Still nothing. They are insistent it is a software fault with the phone - not a connection issue.I landed back in the UK last night and I am picking up data fine again - but I go away next week again and need to make sure it will be working.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI just recently upgraded my Z3 to Lollipop after that I tried to use the mobile data outside but it wont work there's no "H" or "E" with arrows up and down showing above the signal.
*Note (I'm using GLOBE sim card I usually use the mobile data when out side range of a WiFi, It works before after I upgraded it to Lollipop.)
Every so often, mobile data stops working (and no symbol for data on the phone)Signal strength is strong.Switching mobile data off and on again, re-selecting network, switching GPRS/3G does not fix it.The only way to fix it is to reboot the phone. I think it usually happens after I've been in an area with low/no signal for a while. I tried uninstalling the app but still the problem persists. I tried switching off the phone, remove battery didn't work also tried the airplane mode on/off without luck also tried changing the ENABLE DATA in the settings no luck Cleare all current APN's and re installed the APN settings but still the problem persists?

View 8 Replies View RelatedWhen you first use HD Traffic you set up a username (email address) and password. If you go to the "Traffic" menu in TomTom on a second phone and log in with those details it will work fine but inactivate HD Traffic on the first handset. AFAIK you can swap around as often as you like but it can only be operational on one phone at a time.
