Xperia Pro/Neo/V/L :: Battery Capacity Stuck At 85 Percent
Mar 5, 2012
My neo lost charge in very short time and when I plug in the cable of the charger it shows 85% and doesn't change. After several hours it turns on automatically and battery capacity is 85%.
iPhone 4s battery stuck at 100 percent. How do I get it back to normal? Ever since the update, I am having issues with the battery. Phone shuts down while it still shows 100 percent battery life. Normally not a big deal because I don't use it all the time but lately an issue when I'm working in Manhattan and it shuts down while in the middle of conversation or emailing. I can't go around charging it every hour wondering what my battery life really is.
I purchased brand new Xperia Active before a week and it started showing battery related problem since then. When my phone shows battery level of 15%, it suddenly drops down to 1%, followed by phone shutting down. I have not rooted my phone. It is running on Gingerbread 2.3.4 and build 4.0.2.A.0.62. Managing on 1200 mA is anyway becoming tough task for me and above that this issue is really irritating now.
I bought an Xperia Ray from Telus in mid-January this year. It was working fine until now. Today, the battery drained to 0%; it's done this before and I haven't had any prior issues with recharging. Now, when I try to charge, it won't do so. My computer won't recognize it ("USB device not recognized"), PC Companion doesn't recognize a phone, and it won't charge in any outlits in my house.
When plugged in, the phone flashes red and reboots itself constantly, making it past the start-up screen onto the main screen. It stays there for about 10 seconds loading my settings; however, I can't unlock the screen, the battery icon is red and not charging, and it goes from recognizing Telus to not recognizing a network or a SIM Card. I didn't download any updates manually recently. I tried removing the battery for a bit and then putting it back in.
I've tried removing and putting back the SIM Card. Nothing works. Randomly, the LED will be orange, and pressing the Power button shows the battery charging symbol; however, turning the phone on shows that the battery is STILL at 0% even after being on the charger for three hours. I didn't drop it, expose it to water, or do anything that may damage the phone. I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium 64x, if that means anything; also tried rebooting, but my laptop refuses to recognize the phone in any port.
I am finding very strange thing happening with my Neo V - 1254 2586 which I purchased just 2 months back. Once a battery level comes down to 20% and if i try to do something after that, then it just shows me a warning for battery low and pressing OK makes mobile getting switched off automatically. It wont get restart again until and unless I wont put it for charging. When the phone get restarted then the charging level will start charging from 20% which is quite strange. I already removed the battery, cleaned the points many time but problem didn't get resolve.
I bought my Xperia Mini 26 days ago. But I am having some major battery problems already. When the battery charge level decreases to 50% my phone automatically displays a message that the phone battery is low and shuts down. It won't even turn on unless it is charged. I know the rules to save battery life, I have already done the following:
1. Turned off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2. Switched to 2G when at home from 3G 3. I have a very low screen brightness 4. Turned off GPS when not needed 5. Disabled the display bravia engine, animations and screen auto rotation
know the battery capacity of the XOOM (MZ601), mine is 3260mah Reason for the question is my xoom, replaced about a month ago used to give me 5 days life, now its 2 days, and thats just scraping in.... No SD card, same apps, same usage pattern
Whenever I do a battery pull my battery indication after reinsertion reads 0% and shows the battery as red. My battery indicator before the battery pull will read anywhere from 80% to 50% but after the battery pull the indicator changes to read zero and is shown in red. If I don't charge the phone it will die even though prior to the battery pull the charge was fine at 80% or so...
I'm pulling the battery because of memory shortages. I HAVE replaced the battery and I still get the same problem. Pulling the battery after this happens changes nothing. I've pulled the battery numerous times afterwards and I never get the battery indicator to read what it did before the battery pull. I don't dare pull the battery if I'm not near my charger as the phone will die in a matter of minutes...
My phone has been stuck on the update screen for 6 hours and its stayed at 11%. I need my phone and have tried turning it off and taking the battery out, even plugging it into my pc, but nothing is working.
I got the notification on my phone telling me to update so I clicked yes, it started backing up my data (or so the screen says) but then got stuck at 11% for AGES. I tried to exit out of it or do anything but it wouldn't let me so I removed the battery, but then when it rebooted it just went back to the 'backing up your data' screen, and is now stuck at 7%. I tried removing the battery again and leaving it for a while but still no luck.
My blackberry curve 9360 has been stuck at 8% on a software update for 2 days now and I cannot do anything with it. I've tried taking the battery and sim card out and nothing happens. The radio is off and nothing is coming through...
I have a Bold 9900 on Orange, and attempted to update to OS 7.0.1 from (I think) 7.0.0 using a wifi connection as opposed to using Blackberry Desktop Software. However, I encountered a problem which I have heard many others have had, when the update got stuck on 'social feeds' and would not move from 8%. I did a soft reset (alt + right shift +del) and a white screen came up, saying to press any key to revert back to the old software. I did this, but now whenever I turn phone on, either through battery pull or soft reset, I get a frozen home screen. I have attempted to start the device in safe mode, and when I do I get a 'recovering your settings' screen similar to the update progress screen, but this too is frozen. I am continuing to reset the phone but am having no success.
I have a blackberry bold 9900 on Vodafone in the UK. It asked me to run an software update warning it would take 2 hrs or more and I wouldn't be able to make phone calls etc during that time. It has sat at 9% 5 mins into the upgrade, I have now even attached it to my laptop hoping it would speed the process up. It currently has series 7 bundle 1465 and is updating to series 7 bundle 2406 (I have that from desktop). I am doing it right and it'll be ok if I leave it running overnight - it won't let me reset it so I am stuck in a loop.
I looked at my phone there was an icon saying software update clicked on it done it all then it came up this may take a few hours so I left my phone it's now been 4 hours backing up data and is stuck on 7% for the last 2 hours what do I do? I tried asking the battery out it just goes back to the same thing and same percentage?
I've left my phone for 2 hours for the software update and it's only done 15% and stays on there, I've done the alt caps key and delete key to restart the phone but now my phone is frozen.
I have a problem with charging my phone, no matter if via usb charger or AC-10 charger that came with the device. The problem is, charging indicator does not stop even after several hours of charging. Battery is charged at 98% or so. It happens very often, but not always.
A few days ago I decided to update my device (9900) software to 7.1. And it has been a disaster since I received the update thru the Update Software Section on my phone but since then is has only gotten to 3% of the backup. I have restarted the phone several times, and pulled the battery several times and well and left the phone for hours hoping it would get itself together, to only occasionally fine (app error code:603) and yes at this present moment it is still stuck at 3% back up, this is 3rd day.
The % has not moved for over an hour now. I'm on a decent LTE connection and USB power. I'm hoping I don't have to start over, it took almost 2 hours to get that far.
i have bought a blackberry torch 9860.. its a nice phone but the battery can only stand for one day.. and i am only using it for calling once in a while..and then i cant send messages.
I'm using the .8106.11500 update on My Lumia 800, installed with Zune. Everithing's fine, my phone lasts for 1.5 day with one charge. The only disappointing thing is, when I open the diagnostic tool and it reads the Battery stats, the read "Total capacity" is not constant, its moving between 1250 mAh-1350 mAh randomly. Shouldn't It be 1450 mAh constantly?
I just learned that some laptops include a utility that offers to limit battery charging capacity to within 0 - 80% in order to slow the attenuation of the battery lifespan. Is this possible on Nexus 6P?
Every time my phone reaches around 10% it instantly drops to 3 or 4% then instantly after that to 1%... So basically I have to charge my phone before it gets to 10%. Not that big of a deal, but it is annoying not being able to do anything with it when it's at low battery and I'm away from a charger.
I'm trying to charge my phone before it gets that low from now on so I won't shorten my battery's lifespan so I can't comment on if the issue persist, but I will say that the calibration has made the battery to act less weird as far as dropping fast in certain areas but not others.
I just got iphone 3gs from a friend. Changed the battery at a authorized workshop but have a problem. My iphone dies always then it reaches 73%. Claims battery suddenly empty. Running 5.1. Is this a known glitch or something?
Recently my battery gets to 40% and the phone switches off. Once plugged into the charger it re boots- the battery icon is then red and re charges. I've bought a new battery and this does exactly the same thing? I've got a Bold 9700 and not doing anything different than the last year! The battery has to be charged every day, but I do use apps a lot. Its the battery bar status that concerns me... Why does it suddenly go off at 40% with no warning and re charge at 0%?
