I think my Micro-USB slot is broken. My USB cable wont charge the phone unless it is in the right position, and an other USB cable I have, that used to charge the phone, is the same way.

I just received a replacement refurbished flipside that came with a micro SD Card that was NOT already pre-installed in the phone. When I went to try to put it in, it doesn't fit right! It seems to be too small and moves around too much in the slot. Am I just doing something wrong? How is it supposed to fit in that slot? There is a little rubber tap that says "Lift Here" -- I do that and put the micro SD Card in the slot, but the card is just to small!

View 2 Replies View RelatedThe micro usb charging connection has broken on my phone. Part of the board that the charger connects to has snapped off, (the V+ pin used for charging).
I have taken the phone apart and can see the micro usb connection that needs to be replaced but can't seem to find an exact replacement anywhere. I orderd these from Wurth [URL] and am waiting for them to come.
Also has anybody ever changed this component that can tell me the best way to do it (i.e. use a heat gun to take off old one) or point me in the right direction off some instructions (you tube video perhaps).
I just bought the PLAY few weeks ago. Now need to upgrade my MicroSD card (Present class 2 8GB). The curiosity I'm having now is the PLAY support the class 4 32GB or not.

When the phone discovers the card, after attempting a mount it tells me "Blank or unnsupported card".Being un-able to connect my SDHC card prevents me from playing any games installed on the device, using the camera/video, and installing new programs or games.

I tried to find out from the Hungarian and UK technical support, but no hope, none of them knows the answer. Quite embarrassing they don't know the information about a product that they design and sell.
So i would like to buy a 64GB micro card but if the phone cannot read/write for example 90 mb/s I would rather not buy that fast card.

I tried reflashing it and it seemed to fix it but the issue has returned again.
I was using my phone, just an hour ago. I went for a bike ride (which I do on a regular basis), and I then tried to put in my lock but it seems like the top half of the screen is unresponsive. Nothing is different about the LCDs but the touch part isn't working.i already tried factory reset and to remove dirt/screen protector.

Now though we have Cox for internet service. My phone is connected to the wifi, but more than half the time does it ever work. In small gaps am I able to connect to the internet with itOther times it's like I might as well not even be on. Any possible reasons?he wifi works fine for other devices in the house. Example as in my laptop. It connects just fine and am always able to access the internet.f my problem is confusing what is happening is that I am connected to the wifi and it shows I am. The wifi status icon is up and shows I have a connection. When I try to access a webpage or app that requires the internet, it will not load at all and sometimes say I do not have any internet access. So while it's "connected" I am unable to access anything and it's as if I'm not even using wifi.
Other details:We have a Motorola Cable Modem: Model SB121A Netgear Dual Broadband Router: Model WNDR3400-100NAS N600And for an extra secruity setting, we have selected the option not to broadcast the wifi so that the only way to connect to it is to know the SSID and connect manually.
My sms vibrate notification is not working even my vibrate notification in both sound setting and sms is turned on It only vibrates when the sound if off, but the setting in the vibrate is set to 'always' On call, it always vibrate, the only problem is when receiving an sms when the sound is on.

It's my Girlfriend's old phone, and she says it's around a year and 2 months old, so it's out of warranty (Assuming the warrranty is a year)
Thinking it was a software issue, I took the battery out and put it back in again, but now the phone won't turn on, as said button is not working.
I recently dropped my phone about 2 feet and the screen cracked a bit in the upper right-hand corner. The phone has been fine for about a week since the incident, no problems at all. Yesterday I noticed there was some slight bugginess with regards to the touchscreen. I turned it off then back on, and it began to be unresponsive entirely, so I put the phone away and ignored it for a minute. I try again and it works just fine. A few minutes later, the same issue happened again, but I had no luck just ignoring it. I am unable to unlock my phone at all. I can still navigate through the power options just fine using the d-pad. I tried connecting it to a computer and to a power source and had no luck with that either. The phone won't charge and won't mount on a computer.

View 1 Replies View RelatedChecking my phone, it told me there was an update available. I used the PC connect software to instal the update, following all instructions exactly. The update was applied and the phone shut off. I restarted the phone as instructed, and after a few minutes the update appeared to be successful. However, when I tried to use the phone I discovered that I could not unlock the screen! My first thought was to restart the phone, but without the touch screen, I can't even turn it off! It seems like my only option at this point would be to remove the battery to kill the power, replace the battery, and try restarting the phone.

When I try to use my camera it says ''Unfortunately, Camera has stopped''. When go onto Settings, Half of the menus are unusable. If I click one that's ''broken'' It closes itself immediately.
