While I was updateing the BB App world, There was an Issue with my WIFI and the installation was not succesful.But after that when i was tring to go to App World its not visible in my phone.
Blackberry sent me a message that an upgrade was available for one of my game applications "Shoppers Paradise". When I click on the link to download the upgrade, it gives me an error message that the upgrade is not available through App World.Is there anyone else having this issue? Is Blackberry working on this issue?
This is the first time i post a message, being just registered. I'm sorry for posting a question perhaps already posted, but I didn't find a working answer.Even if the app world application is installed, it appears impossible to find the related icon, both on the application, download or application center. But if, from the list of application, i ask to change application, the icon appears in the list.
I have a blcakberry curve 9300 and I only have 8 apps which only take up about 7 mb and I only have 39 mb availble from 256 mb where has all the memory gone?
Now I cannot log into app world, protect or anything that needs the BB I D on the phone. Error message says cannot login at this time and on the login screen it says I D needs to be verified.
I had updated my blackberry world application & after the installation is complete the device rebooted , the problem is that I can't find the icon , I found the app in the application management , but can't find the icon & I can't run it at all
I tried to bridge my friend's BB 8830 to my Playbook, but when I tried to download the bridge app, BB App World says it is not available for that phone or carrier. Since we are on the same carrier, I am assuming this means the 8830 is not compatible with BB Bridge.
I am trying to access App World with my playbook. I do not have wifii but have successfully connected to the internet using the blackberry bridge and tethering feature.
My smart phone - the bold 9000 - is tethered to the playbook; I can access app world from my phone; My phone is on a 3G network.
The message I get is that I am not connected via Wifii and cannot access app world. But, if I can access the internet, why can't I access app world?
I had app world when I first got my phone a year ago but it randomly deleted itself, whenever I try to download it again it say:
"blackberry app world:research in motion limited" contains a different verion of "module net_rim_bb_appworld_usb" which is also used by "blackberry app world." If you procees blackberry app world may cease to fucntion properly.
I don't know what happed but I can find my app world anywhere. I've tried unhiding it and deleting it and reinstalling but it doesn't work. The only way for me to access it is to go online.
I was charging my phone, then when i came back to check on it, it was blank. no light, no power. I tried to take the battery out and put it back in, but still its dead. no led light, nothing.
Assist with my blackberry curve 8520, I bought it a few months ago,when I try to log on to Blackberry App world, I get an error message that says "An error has occurred.Please try again later" it is frustrating.

The world edition purchased years ago came unlocked from Bell. It has served me well in India and other countries in that a local simm card could be used to reduce roaming charges. Recently in Africa I had no service. It also prompted to insert a simm card. The moment I returned to Toronto I had full service again. Would an operating system update fix this new bug ? If so, is where can I download the fix?
i bought my blackberry (storm 9520) from dubai and i'm using it in iran ... the problem is i have limited time to download an english dictionary for my blackberry and i have a situation with the 3th part of app world setup , no matter how many times i try to download nothing happen and i don't even get any message so i've been stuck in the 3th part and it's like there is no other way for me to download softwares for my blackberry ..
I have install the new app world and need to update my blackberry identity but it always say "blackberry identity installation failed.please try again later (80003)" what should i do?
I've tried some apps and don't like them so removed them yet they are forever on my uninstall list.I've no intention of ever reinstalling them again so want them gone from my list - it's stupid that when they're uninstalled that they're not gone automatically and logging into Blackberry World shows them there again.I imagine it's a 'feature' from Blackberry so this post is probably going to get a 'it's not possible' response in which case Blackberry pull your finger out.
When I access App World, it advises me there is an upgrade available. I download and install the upgrade, and then when I have restarted and enter App World and try to access my world, I am asked to enter a password. When I enter my password, I am told the password and account do not match, error id 30601. I am unable to access My World now.
i have purchased a Blackberry Storm 9530, got my Single id by registering on Blackberry Apps site. The site installed a web plugin, after tht i tried connecting my device, the site shows my pin clicking on which my phone gets connected to the site. Than i click to download the new apps software on the device as suggested by the apps site. The downloading starts, later the device is restarted, but when the device bootsup the apps site gives a error " App World Web Plugin Error" "an error has occurred communicating with the Blackberry App world client."
I updated my blackberry ap world after trying to switch devices. I had an old bb pearl and now have a storm 9530. Since trying to make the switch I can't find the icon for bb app world. I've wiped the phone, restored it, battery pulls but it's still not showing. When I go into options and applications it's there. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's still not showing up.
Im not able to sync my bb storm to the bb app world, It keeps asking to connect my device, and it is connected, therefore Im not able to download any app, however, My phone does appear in (my computer)... (the driver recognizes it).
my storm 9530 does not connect to the app world website. when i connect it and ry to download any application or game, it gives this error message:"cannot connect to blackberry app world. plugin error. make sure you have content protection disabled and then try again"i have disabled the content protection. still it gives the same error.
After updating the App world a few days ago I get a Java error and can no longer access app work. I tried d-loading 3.1.0.58 (which some say was an update to address this issue and it still does not work).
when i attempt to download anything, such as a facebook update, i am requested to log in. so i enter my email and password but instead of the page returning and automatically starting the download as before it simply shows me my log in information page; my email, and whether i want to change my password or question.if i go back it returns to the same page where i can select download and the process repeats itself. <cycle of death!> if i hit the BB button i have the option to 'save' and changes to my log in info (even tho i made no changes) if i select 'save' the page just stays where it is. my other options are 'help' wh takes me online, 'see featured view' which takes me to appworld home or 'close'. none of these options allow me to actually get what i wanted to download in the first place and there is still the annoying symbol which tells me that i have 2 updates waiting.
On Vodafone in UK, and my Storm worked fine with the old App world. Then the new version came out. I've downloaded it umpteen times, and have created a BB ID. I log in correctly into App world on the Storm, and I just get the "loading" screen and cannot get past this. This has been going on for weeks. I thought there was a fault with the phone, but the store manager said he has been having exactly the same problem and that it is a problem at the BB end of things. When will RIM get this sorted out?
