have a NEW samsung rougue u960 phone but when i press the My Music icon the phone freezes and it will not respond unless i take the battery out and turn the phone back again. is there anything i can do to fix this problem?

I was able to upload music to the phone but everytime I click the My Music button my phone freezes, and I cant even turn if it off by pressing and holding the end button. I have to take out the battery. What it might be or what I can do to stop it?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got the Samsung Rogue and after using it till the battery drained. I turned off the phone and started charging it. After about 2 hours when I went to check the phone it had on the display the charging display but it was locked and would not disappear at all. I had to take out the battery for a minute and put it back in. Then when you place it back on charge it continues where it left off at. Is this a problem with this phone? Is there something that can be done.

I setup the mobile email for my yahoo account but can't figure out how to open jpg files that are either attached or emedded in the email. View 2 Replies View RelatedI've been very happy with my captivate (except for the known GPS issue) but I've had a problem for a couple days with the stock alarm application. I don't have any mods such as root just the stock OS running LauncherPro and a few other apps. My problem is that when I wake up in the morning from the alarm, if I snooze or turn off the alarm, sometimes the phone becomes unresponsive or minimally responsive. If I wait it out or keep trying to push random buttons (I don't remember since I'm groggy in the morning), eventually it becomes responsive like normal again but it may take a minute before this happens. In case it makes a difference, I have it on the charger overnight and no time sensitive apps that I know of except for the alarm.

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy phone works perfectly except I can't answer calls, when I press answer/ignore it freezes until it goes to voicemail and then comes back. I've flashed multiple roms and had the problem with all of them. I'm not using any special themes or anything, and the only software I ever install are HD Tweak and Finger Keyboard 2.1 and my radio 1.14.25.24. Here's a list of what I've done since I had the phone:
1. Bought phone. Flashed HSPL. Flashed Laurentius L26, no problems. Was being lazy so I didn't hard reset after flashing.
2. Flashed Dutty R14. Didn't hard reset after flashing. No problems for awhile and then the problem of not being able to answer calls appeared.
3. Flashed EnergyRom wm6.5 rom. Hard reset twice after. Still having problem where I can't answer calls.
4. Flashed Dutty 3.9XT wm6.1 rom. Hard reset twice after. Still having problem where I can't answer calls.
If anyone can help me figure out why my phone is doing this I'd really appreciate it, I'll even pay you some money on PayPal if you like because I really want to fix it. Here are some ideas I had as to why it's not working:
- Problem with rom flash. No, because I tried it with 3 different roms so far and had the same problem.
- Touch HD isn't fast enough to run wm6.5 and be stable. No, because I tried it with a wm6.1 rom too and had the same problem.
- Someone suggested it might be a problem with the battery. No, because I ordered new replacement batteries and tried them and had the same problem.
- Some of the settings in HD Tweak are incompatible with something in the roms I'm using. Maybe, is this possible? I don't really change much, just the softkeys and the highlight color and things like that.
- Screwed up something in the SPL or something because I didn't hard reset after flashing the first 2 roms. Maybe, is this possible?
- Dropped my phone and somehow managed to break nothing but the mechanism involved in answering calls. Maybe, is this possible?
Today I'm going to reflash HSPL, flash the stock HTC rom, hard reset twice, and see if I still have the problem. I don't know what else to do or what other possibilities there are. If anyone can shed some light on this issue, that would be great, because I really don't want to have to buy a new phone.
Ok i can view all my s5 pictures on my TV (wireless) but when i try to view my videos i cant? the icon you press on the pictures (screen mirroring) does not appear on the videos?

Example: i turn the wifi on by the the notification panel and press the WiFi icon to see the possible networks, but i cant scroll down because the wifi manager crashs, and i have to wait until it "uncrash" to select the network, and it crashs again when start to browse for other networks...It's annoying, but now i'm having other problem with the wifi. I have updated my S5 to lolipop yesterday, and i noticed another problem with the wifi. The first problem still exists, but now, when i turn on the wifi it takes something like 30 ~ 40 seconds to turn on.

It happens mostly with the "T" key. Sometimes I'll press it and it won't register. Sometimes I'll press it and it won't register but then double the "T" the next time I hit it. It'll do this on some other keys around the "T" but mostly the T. I'm thinking it's a warranty issue. This started about a 1.5 months in to using it. I just wanted to get a feel for anyone else having this problem. I'm on Cricket...but I assume this is a problem with the MetroPCS version, too.

How do I remove the Battery Icon (100) on the UPPER LEFT of the S5?
I tried this under battery settings but that only removes the battery setting on the UPPER RIGHT which I want to keep.
Trying to add music to s6 by drag and drop and when i try a drop it into music folder get the no entry system so will not let me add music from itunes.
