So, I looked at the CNet CQR-981 that will accept a USB modem (which the DAP350 apparently does not)The problem as I see it is that they all need some form of setting up/driver, and those will not be available for Andriod-or am I missing something? Nokia Nseries :: When A Browser On A Mobile Is Not A Mobile Browser
Mar 19, 2012The browser on my Nokia 701 is great -certainly much better than past versions- but websites 'see' it as a full size browser and so deliver it full size web pages. I have found this leads to much dragging and zooming. If the site also has pop-ups (which can fully obscure the screen!) this can lead to misclicks, impossible to navigate sites etc. Also full size webpages are slow to load and more expensive on data.
This issue has led me to either manually navigating to the mobile versions of the websites I like (bit of a pain) or to simply use the Opera Mini browser instead. The Opera browser is free and websites 'recognise' it as a mobile browser. This means without any work when I surf I instantly get the mobile version of the website I want (assuming one exists), easy to navigate and fast (and so cheaper) to load. In many cases this works much better for me.
So I think Nokia have missed a trick here. Maybe they should offer a feature whereby the user can tell their browser to find either mobile-friendly pages or normal ones. They could even add in a second browser shortcut, one which launches the Nokia browser in a 'mobile' mode.
Now running a 701, beautiful phone to handle and use...now that it has stopped sending my personal information to Nokia via 360Panel [rolls eyes]

I am just visiting the US; I bought the phone unlocked in Belgium and it had a UK simcard in it at the time of theft. Is there anything I can do to stop the thief from using it with his sim card? I have done some research and have found that I could ask my provider to blacklist the IMEI number. But what's the point of doing that in Belgium as it got stolen in the US and is probably still here... Can't I report my serial number to Apple and will that then stop the thief from using the phone when he syncs with iTunes?

I had original Nokia in my hand and I compered few things and this phone is little different.
I have a feeling that display has less colours that the other one. It starts with different tone then original one. In the right up corner has got bigger battery sign and when you charge it the lines which indicates charging process moves very quickly. It is not just that I have noticed that quality of camera is not that good. All icons are on the right place but it looks like there is a old soft in it. When I open and take battery off I can see sticker of Nokia. It says Type RM-84 which is different the from the display. Then IMEI - long number

I know that anyone can put a sticker on the phone but I wonder where is information about product code.
I have tried to use number 039650 because it looks the most similar to product code but your web site says:

I have tried to paste number with A in front of it as it is on the sticker on the phone and I got following:

Exactly the same problem- had the new phone for a week.I have tried Automatic & Manual Network selection, both 3G & 2G.I have updated the software and not installed any themes. It can't be a Network issue as i used my old curve without problem while I waited for my new phone from Vodacom.
