I just requested and recieved an authorized unlock for my at&t iPhone 3G. When I put in a TMO SIM it just keeps searching and never finds a network. The phone the TMO SIM came from had a strong signal (also an unlocked att phone).

Please can someone tell me how to find my closest BB authorized repair center in Switzerland.I have scratched the top cover of my new phone and would like to replace it without danger of voiding the warranty. Swisscom however, will not repair cosmetic damage and gave me the name of a company in Houston, TX. Obviously, this is not practical.A great phone, but horrible, just plain lousy, that neither RIM nor their provider can provide this information quickly and directly. Very weak considering the extensive business use.

To my horror the phone unlocked on their thumbprint.We tried this reperatedly - a short tap to bring up the 'Keep your finger on the Home key a little longer" message, followed by a normal tap, and the phone unlocks every time.Is this a software or hardware defect?

When I sync my 3GS with iTunes I get the message 'Some of the purchased items could not be transferred because not authorised for them on this computer'. I have a new computer and have continually had problems syncing. Now it says computer is no longer authorized to play purchases on my iPhone. When I put in password etc. to authorize, it says it is already authorize. Then it syncs up to step 5 and repeats again. I have tried entering my password about ten times. Same thing. It is already authorized. But then when I try to sync, it says it is not authorized!
