# 1 I'm trying to sync my iPhone to my MacBook Pro. I connect the iPhone, launch iTunes, click on the device, then click "Sync". I'm presented with this dialog:
# 2 I click "Authorize". Then I get this dialog:
# 3 I fill in the information and click "Authorize". hen I get this dialog:
# 4 I click "OK" and instantly I am presented with the first dialog above, the one that says, "This computer is no longer authorized..." Then it just enlessly cycles between those three dialogs, never letting me authorize the computer.

When I sync my 3GS with iTunes I get the message 'Some of the purchased items could not be transferred because not authorised for them on this computer'. So I go to 'store' and authorise my computer (HP PC running Windows7) and am told it is already authorised. How do I resolve this apparent conflict?

I have a new computer and have continually had problems syncing. Now it says computer is no longer authorized to play purchases on my iPhone. When I put in password etc. to authorize, it says it is already authorize. Then it syncs up to step 5 and repeats again. I have tried entering my password about ten times. Same thing. It is already authorized. But then when I try to sync, it says it is not authorized!

I have deauthorized all my accounts and reauthorized my computer, and i have also deleted the SC info folder under the instruction of this link: [URL] ....

I have just set up my work email on my blackberry using IMAP and I have noticed that when I send an email from my blackberry it will not show up in my mailbox's Sent Items.I have checked the setting and made sure that the mail folder was called Sent Items as suggested in[URL]...I am using the BIS service.I noticed that it works with my google mail account which is using IMAP as well.

I don't have access to the original computer that my 4 was synced too. 4s due to a contract upgrade, and want to transfer the information from my old phone to my new. I've seen many variations on the answer to this question including linking the iPhone to the computer, going to photos under "iPhone," clicking sync all photos, selected photos, and clicking off the checks on the folders. My only concern with doing this is that it will delete all the photos on my phone not synced from my computer. Will that happen if I do this?

I forgot my passcode to I decided to sync my iPhone 5s to the computer and when I did a message came up saying "Do you want the computer to access information on (my phone name)?" I clicked continue and it says "To allow access, please respond on your iPhone" Except,to do that I would need my passcode to unlock my phone,which I forgot.What should I do?
I don't want to take my iPhone to the apple store cause they have been ripping me off a lot lately and it cost a lot of money just to do one thing. I already tried factory resetting twice to no avail.

When syncing my google contacts they suddenly do not appear. If i run diagnostic software it shows me 374 contacts have been found but no problems. At times when i select contacts it shows me the names but when i select the contact there is no information that comes up, it is just white. I go back and the contact names appear. I have tried removing my google account and readding, restarting and nothing seems to work. I can't really pinpoint to when it begun, it was intermittent then today I came home, looked at my phone and had a sync error message. The errors message seemed to indicate it was a result of google services update that must have run...

In additio to this If i go to messages the contact names appears aligned to a message, but if i dial a number manually it doesn't show me the contact name. If i recieve a call it also doesn't show me the name, only the number. I know 200% the contact is stored in google though.

When looking at the google sync options it all looks normal. Last synced is consistent with the rest. Doesn't matter if the contact is drawn from google, facebook, linked in or any other app it does not appear in the contacts list and if it does intermittently accessing the contact contains no information. It doesn't seem to be a google problem but rather a phone problem considering it is happening with all the contacts syned with out discriminating on application.

Just got my 9850 and love it, except for one item -- I "synced" pictures from my computer to my device, but I can't get the 9850 to show them. I actually pulled the SD card out of the phone and checked it on my computer -- they're there, but I can't view them when the card is in the device. I can play my music from the card, but no pics. I'm sure it's simple, but nothing I've tried works.
