Aug 28, 2014
I forgot my passcode to I decided to sync my iPhone 5s to the computer and when I did a message came up saying "Do you want the computer to access information on (my phone name)?" I clicked continue and it says "To allow access, please respond on your iPhone" Except,to do that I would need my passcode to unlock my phone, which I forgot. What should I do?
I don't want to take my iPhone to the apple store cause they have been ripping me off a lot lately and it cost a lot of money just to do one thing. I already tried factory resetting twice to no avail.
I forgot my passcode and disabled my phone. My computer crashed and I have no access to itunes for at least 4 days. How can I factory reset my phone without a computer so I can use it again?
I have the iPhone 4S, and have only had it 5 days. Two days ago, I accidently reset my passcode and did not write it down. I have no idea what the passcode is, and have tried so many times that i have totally enabled my phone, and it says connect to iTunes to take care of it but i have no idea how.
I've tried to remember/guess the password without success and now must wait one hour between tries. One thread suggested connecting the iPhone to iTunes on the PC that I used to originally sync this phone, and then "reset" the iPhone. But, when I attempt to connect the iPhone to iTunes, I get the following error message: "iTunes could not connect the iPhone because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes." Is there another method?
My old iphone 3 will not turn off and i have forgotten the passcode. UI have tried resetting the device but it requires me to turn it off and i cannot.

I need to restore my phone and update iTunes. I think I need to take restrictions off but I forgot passcode.I can't even restore the phone to factory settings without entering passcode. How can I do this?My phone has so many capabilities but I cannot utilize them
I just forgot the lockscreen passcode of my iPhone 5S. However, the thing is a bit different from my side as I just wiped my hard disk and no backup on the computer. Â I also don't want to lost any data during the process.
I've been trying to reset my phone using the recovery mode method, but once i hit restore it asks me whether i want to restore and update or cancel, once i hit restore and update it begins updating until the phone exits recovery mode and cancels the process, how can i restore my phone succesfully without updating or exiting recovery mode?
I have 4 iphone 5c's and found an old iPhone 4 (not s) that I don't use anymore and wanted to give it to my son to use as a fancy ipod but I have forgotten the passcode for it and haven't synced with my new macbook pro. Is there an application or way to force a factory reset bypassing the passcode? All his sisters and brothers have iphones and he feels left out The device in question has been used on my apple account in the past, I just don't know how to get around the passcode thing...

I don't have access to the original computer that my 4 was synced too. 4s due to a contract upgrade, and want to transfer the information from my old phone to my new. However, when my boyfriend has tried to synch it with his computer, by choosing the backing up option in iTunes nothing actually happens. I really don't want to lose the information on my old phone. What can I do please?
I no Can my iPhone 4 be synced to a new computer without losing all the information on it, as I no longer have access to the original computer, that it was synced too? When I have tried to do this on a mac computer, nothing would happen.
before our home computer crashed i synced some pictures on my phone, now they are using up space and i dont want them on there anymore but i can't figure out how to delete them. iv'e went through my itunes and i can't find anything.
I've seen many variations on the answer to this question including linking the iPhone to the computer, going to photos under "iPhone," clicking sync all photos, selected photos, and clicking off the checks on the folders. My only concern with doing this is that it will delete all the photos on my phone not synced from my computer. Will that happen if I do this?
