I don't understand how the news was talkin' about all the BlackBerry users having an outtage. If the cell phone towers work for all the other brands of cell phones, then why would only BlackBerry phones stop working?

This is a phone I bought today from Apple store. wi-fi worked initially but went out, came home and does not connect. IPad connected to wi-fi and husbands iPhone connected.

i bought nokia e71 and i wanna use pc suite with it , but somehow i cant , neither pc suite on cpu neither phone detetcs each other (though i can use mass storage , com port and web cam when i connect phone to pc via usb cable) but with those features working i dont have choise to use pc suite when i connect phone to pc and as i mentioned neither my pc detects phone.i tried reinstaling suite and everything about nokia from my cpu , tried installing older connectivity drivers for nokia and its still the same i have 3 features working but when it comes to pc suite it blows.

After a minute, I get a message that the modem is out of order. I have also tried by cable connection, and I have the same issue.

I've had my phone nearly a year and constantly the trackpad keeps Freezing I have tried cleaning it,left battery and sim card out I've tried loads of things. Recently it has froze since Tuesday. View 1 Replies View RelatediPhone, IOS 7 - passbook has NEVER worked. All I get is the welcome screen. I have downloaded or opened the apps from that point and nothing shows up I the app. When I go to the individual apps there is no mention of passbook in any of the approved apps. it also doesn't show up at all in Privacy locations or anywhere else except on the home screen. I have no INFO button in my app. I've searched web, and apple community. one person had exact same problem but no answers for what is wrong. I've tried to refresh by pulling down in app. I've closed & re-opened. I can't delete and reinstall because it's a default app.Â

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm using a Bold 9900 and brought it to the UK from South Africa with my South African sim card (MTN) the device is on roaming, but reception is so bad that the device is almost un usable.I have it connected to the home WI-FI here in the UK and this allows me to use my BIS. For 3 weeks while I have been here, I have been able to use BBM etc while in range of the WI-FI. Today I inserted a friends spare "3" or "Network-3" sim card to allow me to make calls easier and cheaper while I'm here, took the sim card out, put my old one back in and that's when the problem started.No BIS anymore when connected to the WI-FI on my originally "BIS" working MTN sim card.Now I have looked around the web and the only thing I have come across is something vague referring the PIN pairing itself with the network/carrier.

Please try again".
I already combed through several forums and tried things like clearing the cache etc but the problem still persists. Recently I read from an official android forum that the connection to Android Market is established via Google talk, I noticed that I did not have google talk, I installed it and it functions okay but the problem still persist. How I can resolve the problem...its no point carrying and Android phone without android market.
I have Android 4.04 on may Xperia Ray. Skype worked well until recently (with WLAN). Then it took more and more time to connect and now it does not succeed at all. Should I delete and reinstall it? Who has similar experience?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a 5s running IOS 8.1.1 and my finger print scanner has never worked the way that it should. First off instructions on this post say go to settings/general/touch id & password. When in fact my phone is Settings/touch id & password. I can delete my fingerprints and reinstall them and they work fine for a few hours. than they wont work. It is very upsetting that I spent more money for the 5s because I wanted the fingerprint scanner. I could have saved money by buying the 5c. I have gone to the Apple store on at least 5 different occasions, and they have even exchanged my phone.This is my first Apple and I feel like I have been ripped off.Â

I suddenly got a huge problem with my X8 - the battery won't charge at all. A week ago everything worked as it should, battery time was good and it hadn't been significatly shorter since I bought the phone. A few days ago it wouldn't charge when I connected it to my laptop, neither did it charge when I connected it to the wall jack. However, the battery charge symbol on the screen went on. Switching the phone of didn't make any difference (though the flash symbol for battery charging went on). Of course it died completely pretty soon, and I can't get it chargen enough to start it.
I'm not even sure that this is a hardware problem (since the operating system says that the battery was recharging), and I want to avoid buying a new battery unless i'm sure that that's the problem, after all they're pretty expensive and I plan to buy one of the newer SE phones in a couple om months anyway, though I can't do it right away. I guess I could stick to some old cell phone until then, but i really would like to get a copy of some of the stuff on the internal memory (phone book, messages, bookmarks, some software preferences etc).
I often use a pin code to unlock my phone, but I also often don't. Last time I tried to disable any pin code necessary I was met with what you see in the screen shot.

I ran for 10k on the 11th of July. Noticed the date and Reset the time and date to correct date and time. Synced my work outs from the last few days okay when I got back. Only problem is when I go to recent workouts on Motoactv the recent work out is blank - "No Raw Data", on the android app I can see the run as my most recent, shows the date and data but still for 2018. there is no way on the motoactv.com site to change the date of the run.
If I do another run it still shows the run 08/02/2018 as my most recent on both the android app and on the motoactv site.
Can someone change the date to 11/07/2012 or will I have to try and delete it from the android app and lose my run data?
Atrix LED notifications have not worked since GB update. Did a search and no hits. Has anyone else had this problem or seen a resolution?

Ever since I upgraded to OS 5.00.328 my storm's screen lock has not worked properly. When I try to unlock it, it will immediatly lock back up on its own and I have to unlock it 2-3 times before it will stay unlocked. I also have the same problem when trying to lock the screen, it unlocks itself 2-3 times before it will stay locked. Has anyone else had this problem?

Recently for no apparent reason, my iphone 4s went completely blank, neither power nor Home button worked. I had to press power and home button simultaneously to reboot and get it started. It happened twice in a span of 3 days. I am using Vodafone 3G services in India. Its quite annoying to find your phone in a vegetable state and wait for 1-2 minutes to get it rebooted every now and then.

So I have a Samsung S6 Galaxy through Verizon. I also use the Message+ stock app that Verizon has placed on the phone.
My lock screen is disabled through a 3rd party app (No Lock), so when I previously received a text message, my screen would awaken, and a preview of said text message would show up in the status bar.
Now i had to reset my phone, and upon resetting, my phone will still show the blinking LED light, and make the sound associated with receiving a text message. However the screen no longer lights up, so now if i want to read the test message int the status bar, I have to hit the power button to light up my phone. Very annoying.
I have went through the settings where there used to be a checkbox that said "show preview in status bar and lock screen", but that selection no longer seems to be there. I will also say that if my screen is already awake (either if i'm currently using the phone, or the screen hasn't turned off yet), the preview of the text message DOES show up in the status bar.
I will use another app that just awakes my phone when a notification is received...but i don't want something that has pop-ups, widgets, and the like. I really just want my phone to awaken as it did prior due to the reset, without (seeing at least) any add-on's, etc.
I've noticed over the past month I am having these issues and can't connect to networks I have in the past and have trouble connecting to new ones even though I enter the correct credentials.
