Apr 26, 2012I have been trying to find an option to delete my mailbox but I can't seem to find it. Been looking around and people have been saying go to essages>Options>Settings>Email>Mailboxes, but when I do not have the "Email" option. The reason why I want to delete my account is because for some reason I have not been receiving emails on my phone anymore, even when I sync it.

Feb 2, 2010It seems that the E71 does not support groups like older models used to: apparently groups are listed alongside contacts, and it is no longer possible to see and search groups directly. I'd like to see my groups straight away (e.g. clients, business partners, friends, etc), open and search them, rather than finding them among the contacts. Actually, this setup misses the whole point of classifying contacts into groups! What on Earth was Nokia thinking? Is there any way around this? A firmware update or a third-party app? Also, how are contact groups managed in the N97 mini? Is it the same, or does that mobile finally allow you to see and search groups directly?

Now, for getting mails I need to select "each 15 minutes" in Options - Tools - Definitions - When Syncs. - Send and receive.
In last version I received mails automatically in my phone, as soon as they arrived to my mailbox, now it doesn't work.

I have full addresses in my business contacts, but I can't find a way to "import" a specific contact's address to the navigator. Apr 12, 2012I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300 and a few days ago I added a new e-mail account and synchronized my contact list with the e-mail account without realizing it. So I deleted the e-mail account so it would stop synchronizing and it didn't. Today, I deleted a contact from the e-mails contact list through the computer and since then every time I tried to open that entry the contact app freezed. Then I deleted the contact entry and now I cannot add any other contacts.

I can filter my contacts on the X10 Mini Pro, which greatly assists in finding people, but I can't see any way to add a category tag to a new contact. I've looked at all the manuals I can find, and don't see this point addressed.

Aug 9, 2010I have a 5800 that I have been troubleshooting for the past Month. We have been to the provider who has now replaced the phone twice in the past two months. Calling out appears to be fine. However when customizing the phone I am unable to set picture and a ringtone to a contact in the contact list. The Contact is saved on the phone. When the person dials in the picture will display correctly but the ringtone will play a default ring not a custom file as selected. This has heppened on all 3 of the phones. I am down to the OS of the phone which the provider says is up to date.

After finishing the call, the screen goes back to main menu.... but the contacts-app sticks active in the background. May 10, 2011Recently I cannot edit any contact on the phone (Xperia Mini Pro) - whenever I want to edit a contact the RoadSync opens and gives the following message: "This is not a RoadSync contact. RoadSync cannot edit this contact" Of course it is not a RoadSync contact because there are no RoadSync contacts in my telephone (although, I do use RoadSync). How can I get rid of the message and allow the telephone to edit my contacts (some of them are stored on in the SIM and some are google contacts)?
