I have bought X6 couple of days back and face lot and lot of issues with it.
1. It often freezes.
2. Whenever I unlock the keypad (or Phone), Facebook opens automatically.
3. Few application automatically opens by themselves, when I hold the mobile on both ends.
4. Touch secitivity is more worse.
5. I was trying to download "Twitter" Software, which took around 30 mins at last mobile freezes.
I downloaded an theme from BB Appworld. Since then almost none of my apps are working. I can't go to options to delete anything nor can I reset my phone. I can't even go back to Appworld to delete anything from there either.

My phone has been acting up since installing the latest iOS 7.1.1. The back lighting for the screen works intermittetly. I have been able to get it to come back on by turning the phone off and back on, but not every time. Once I enabled VoiceOver through Siri and turned ScreenCurtain On and Off. Other times, just clicking the home button and a few times on a notification that would turn the back lighting on. The phone seems to want to respond to turning the back lighting on, but does not do it every time it should. It usually takes 10 - 30 minutes of me working with it to get it to come back on. The phone has not been dropped and is in an Otterbox case.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI finally found a good headset that works, mic and all, to replace the **bleep** nokia one.As you may have found out if you waned a decent headset, nokia decided to screw its customers (in yet another way) my switching the mic and ground on the connecter.I was about to make my own adapter by cutting and resplicng a 2.5-3.5 adapter when I came across this headset with included adapter that does just that.They also sell the adapter separate, so you can use almost any 3-ring TRRS 3.5mm headset and have full function of the mic, answer/call button and sound in both ears.Here is the headset:

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have Nokia E72 and i have a lot problems with it. Phone just freezes on random time, when i unlock keyboard, sent sms or end a call. Sometimes it freezes during a call. Screen slowly shutdown and then it just turns on again. Automatically turns off when i hit it at something. I don't know what's wrong, it was on service, but they didn't fix a problem. Phone is very slow when i have saved messages. (i got them like 300) but when i delete them it's fast again. Anybody got the same problem?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have the nokia E75 and I have been able to use email through my home wifi network but recently I upgraded my plan with data service. I am able to browse the internet and everything else but my email will not sync. I have tried changing my email connection to use, GoRogers, Rogers Media and Rogers Internet. Gorogers and Rogers Media connect but they don't sync. Rogers Internet does not connect at all with any app I use. I use gmail btw. I live in Onatrio Canada if that helps any. I am really really frustrated with this as I got a data plan mainly for email.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have the 5800 XpressMusic and a few days ago the touch screen stopped working properly.When the phone has been off for an hour or two everything works fine for the first couple of minutes, then it stops recognizing presses/unpresses and holds a lot. For this reason it sounds to me like a software fault but the guy in the local phone shop reckons the screen is pressed in and needs to be physically repaired.Any ideas?

I touch one part and it's unresponsive, I touch another and it does something that I didn't ask it to do.I figured out quite quickly that it was the screen calibration that had gone to **bleep** and although I had no clue as to why, I re-calibrated the screen.Success for a few hours then the same happened again.I re-calibrate the screen, everything works fine for a few hours then I have to do it all again.I've re-flashed, soft and hard reset and still it's the same.Had to resort to using my N95 at the moment until I find out if there is a solution or whether it is getting returned to Nokia under warranty.Any suggestions would be helpful.

View 6 Replies View RelatedMy 5800 sometimes freezes when I hang up after a call (or actually when I try to hang up). The phone freezes in the call screen and the phone is partially responsive because I get a reaction from the vibrator when I'm pressing "Hang up" (sometimes it freezes directly after answering so instead of "hang up" a have frozen "answer" screen). And another thing: I can call to my 5800 from another phone when it is frozen, I hear tones in the calling phone, but my 5800 is not notifying of this.
The only solution is to restart the phone. I've had my 5800 since v11 of the firmware through v20 (and v30?) and now the most recent v40 firmware. The problem persist and it freeze call screen has acted the same in all versions. This should have been fixed by now! Calling is a basic function of a phone (!), I wouldn't care too much if it froze when I played a third party game or something. But now it is basic functionality that doesn't work. If I have the music player and podcast application (downloading) and call comes in and then the phone freezes I would understand. But I cannot accept it when it happens to an idle phone with no open applications.
I have had 2 times issue that phone screen freezes during call. No keys helped, but ON/OFFswitch. Updated to last version of v40.0.005. Don't remember the exact conditions or sequece of actions, just got unpleasant case. I noticed also that batteryindicator showed 1 stripe of battery. After restart , the battery was full. Is this expected action for this phone? Should Itake it back to service? My phone is used ~1 week, so there can't be any issues caused by wrong usage.

Sometimes a restart is not enough and the battery has to be taken out for a while.Has anyone else experienced this? The firmware version is 10.0.020 and no update seems to be available.

After the firmware update I decided to also update the maps using the map downloader since there are some roads missing in my area.Now the phone itself itself is working fine but I have a problem with the map navigation. I have a 2 year license for navigation for Southern Africa. Since the map update the phone will freeze when trying to calculate a route. You select your destination and when you select "Drive to" it goes back to the map, "Calculating route" appears in the top left corner and the map occasionally spins from North orientation and back again.I tried to restore a backup that I did before I undertook all these changes but it has made no difference to the map. I noticed on the new maps that there are dotted lines in the middle of the roads on the map. These did not appear on the previous map version that I had. The version I updated to is v2.0 wk24 b02.
