I bought a keyboard for my nokia c7-00 to connect with the usb on the go cable.My keyboard is: urban factory Silicon Keyboard Wired.When I connect it works for 1 minute. After that, the light of the keyboard goes out.And when I press a key, the key press repeats his self for 30 times or so.
View 1 RepliesI have now tried three separate music players (ATT Music Player, Google Music and Winamp. All three have a common problem. I begin playing music, and then after a minute or so, the music stops.I've tried several fixes over the last couple of weeks to rectify the issue including:
-Music players are not on the "Auto-End List."
-I've taken programs that seem to be associated with playing music off the "Auto-End List"
-Phone battery savings setting: Performance Mode
-Screen timeout is set at 1 minute. (I know that this should not affect the music player.)The only time that this doesn't happen is when I set the screen timeout to never. So when it is set to timeout, or when I turn the phone off via the power button, the music plays for a minute or so and then stops.
i just got a brand new 5800 express music , i am having problem changing the equalizer settings when the song is placed on the memory card , while the default music tracks that is previously placed on the phone memory can do that...is there any way to change the equalizer settings for the songs that is placed on the memory card...

View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter a recent update, my music library will no longer sync, nor does Ovi suite see any files on my E7 (which are really there). After attempting to sync, it will come up with the message "failure to sync". Oddly enough, contacts etc all sync without a problem and there is no problem listening to the music on the E7. I can copy music directly from Windows Mediaplayer, but that will cause the album not to show up in the albums on the E7 (though they are accessible through the file manager and then all works again.

In my memory card I found many folders namely _PAlbTN. is it a virus? Do I need to reformat my memory card? And what do I have to copy on my PC when I format it? Just the mp3 videos and pictures? Or do I have to copy also the folders like private, sys, etc?
View 7 Replies View RelatedYesterday I purchased my new BB Curve 8520. I was so happy with it until, I ran some new app and it completly froze. I pulled the battery out. Put it back, turned it on and no results. None of my keys are working. If I press alt or shifts it shows on the right upper corner of the screen that they are being activated, but nothing else happens. I've been trying for hours. I tried the old Alt+shift+Del, I took the sim out, the memory card. I left the phone without battery for an hour but no use. And also my speaker icon shows star insted of curves and my Antenna isn't working either.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI haven't even had this phone (Blackberry Curve 8530) for a year yet and last weekend the keyboard stopped working.When I called Verizon they told me it sounds like there is water damage.I never bring my Blackberry anywhere but to work and back.I don't even use it unless I am at work. I work in an office setting.There is no possible way it could have been near water.I just want to know how I can fix the keyboard myself. Verizon will not replace it if there is a detection of moisture and I have over a year before I can upgrade to a new phone.

Aside from what mentioned above there are 2 more things that’s bother me...
1. There are some bloatware on the phone provided by sony but there are no options to uninstall them.Â
2. While on call nothing else works the soft keys gets disabled, you can’t type a msg the keyboard doesn’t come up. This was how it was in my Z as well. In the forum some people mentioned that it got resolved in the 4.3 update, however i don’t think it is yet.
Is anyone else having this problem? You’re talking on the phone, and after 15 minutes, or 14:59, your call gets disconnected, with an "Not allowed" message. Initially, I thought maybe my MfE was trying to sync, since I have set my profile to sync every 15 minutes, but it is also doing that during off peak hours, which is set to sync every hour instead. I even went as far as turning off MfE, and it is still hanging up the phone every 15 minutes.

Since then my phone keeps restarting twice every minute. It loads to the home screen after i key in my security code and then restarts. I turned it off for 5hrs and just switched it back on. Now my phones language has changed from English to French and still keeps restarting
View 6 Replies View RelatedI've been having some trouble with my n900 here. Two days ago I wanted to charge the device as I normally do every night. It actually started to charge but after one minute, the orange charging LED stopped, followed by to short sounds. After this the phone doesn't charge any more unless y unplug it first, but then the process starts all over again. I also tried charging the phone by using the usb cable and the pc but it was just the same. First I thought it could be a software problem but after flashing it the problem keeps happening.I am really out of ideas here Someone knows something on this?

I have to go and connect it otherwise my GPRS connectivity is used to go to internet. I have nokia E66 which is working fine.Please help me if I have to do some setting change. Also, I want my WLAN should take priority over GPRS when I am connecting to internet. I was able to set the access point in E66 but some facing some issue with N97.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy phone has been acting up since installing the latest iOS 7.1.1. The back lighting for the screen works intermittetly. I have been able to get it to come back on by turning the phone off and back on, but not every time. Once I enabled VoiceOver through Siri and turned ScreenCurtain On and Off. Other times, just clicking the home button and a few times on a notification that would turn the back lighting on. The phone seems to want to respond to turning the back lighting on, but does not do it every time it should. It usually takes 10 - 30 minutes of me working with it to get it to come back on. The phone has not been dropped and is in an Otterbox case.

It should be saved to the e: mass memory, but there is no settings in the application where to change the save location?. View 9 Replies View RelatedMy Torch recently started restarting every minute or so. It turns off and then shows the restart screen with the load bar at the bottom. The bar loads all the way, the phone turns on, and all of the security tests pass and it seems fine for about one minute, then repeats the process. I have not installed any new apps recently.
Fixes that I tried that did not work: Update the device software via Blackberry Desktop Manager (which I believe completely reinstall software) and Manual battery pull (with subsequent restart).
I finally found a good headset that works, mic and all, to replace the **bleep** nokia one.As you may have found out if you waned a decent headset, nokia decided to screw its customers (in yet another way) my switching the mic and ground on the connecter.I was about to make my own adapter by cutting and resplicng a 2.5-3.5 adapter when I came across this headset with included adapter that does just that.They also sell the adapter separate, so you can use almost any 3-ring TRRS 3.5mm headset and have full function of the mic, answer/call button and sound in both ears.Here is the headset:
