Have added contacts to the contacts bar, but when you click on them, the next screen that pops up is impossible to read. It's readable with the o2 default theme (which I don't like), but any of the other themes that come with it have white text on a pale grey (nearly white) background. I tried adding a different theme to the phone but it still has the same colours for the pop up contacts window.

The problem I am having is moving the panels around. It says at the bottom of he screen it says to 'drag panels to move' but when I try to do this it just moves the screen around.

I hit the back of the phone and the screen came up but then after it loaded i hit the power button to put it to sleep it shut off and now i can't turn it on.

Lumia 950 in my hand. Feels much lighter than my Lumia 930. Slightly larger in my hand but definitely thinner overall. Love the matte white finish. It's very elegant looking and gives a nice grip while holding it.
All of my settings and contacts synced perfectly (including my alarms).
AT&T HD Voice does work and is active. You'll see the text "AT&T HD Voice" when making a phone call to a compatible phone (my wife's 950 in this case). LTE remains active during the call.
Screen is not as good as the 930. Much dimmer overall. I'm not impressed with that as it's going to make using it outdoors a lot worse. Might have to pressure Microsoft to push a firmware update or something. The colors look accurate and vibrant, but dimmer is not better in the cell phone world. I turned off automatic brightness and set it to 100%. The photo below tells the story.
By the way, the photo below was taken on my wife's 950. The 930 is on the right.
I just tried some more stuff, including dropping the brightness slider down to 0%. I then pushed it back to 100%. I did not use the brightness button in the action center. It seems brighter now. I'd probably say it's about 90% as bright as the 930 all though not quite.
what do i do if my phone took a bad fall and is not responding, the screen is a checkerboard of colors and lines. the phone is not working. i took out the battery several times to no avail

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have noticed that my lumia 1520 screen colors distort when making pressure on the screen even very small pressure, the touches pressure that cause this will be smaller if you also place your fingers at the back of the phone while pressing the opposite side on the screen... the problem exist everywhere on the screen but its largely affect the area near below the camera...
I know all LCD panels have this behavior, but I also know that this is why there is a glass in front of it which should manage to to make the pressure that causes this much much harder... I tried the lumia 920 and 720 (both have LCD panels) its very very very hard to make this color distortion and you need to make very very large pressure... This is not acceptable at all.
i have xperia neo gingerbread 2.3.4 kernel .62 i noticed a dark dead line on the top of screen which appears with dark colors for images . videos , games , applications ,,,, any thing falls in this site "i mean blue , red , grey , green ,.....",,, the depth of the darkness is proportional to the depth of the viewed color "i.e it ranges from faint grey to deep black ", i guess it's an issue of LEDs or something that couldnot emit those dark colors evidenced by not appearing with white or black i uploaded a screen shot with arrows pointing to the line i mean

I try restart it didn't help, in forums read that here may be soft problems, I have updated software, but it didn't help too. Maybe someone had the same problem. View 7 Replies View RelatedJust got a problem with my X6. When I switch it on the phone vibrates and the three lights at the bottom of the phone come on. ( the call, menu and end keys). But the screen stays black. I try pressing the power button but nothing. Take out the battery and leave it out for a while then but it back in. Press the power button, phone vibrates, the three lights come on but the screen stays black. I have not yet tried the four finger reset method although I guess I might have to.Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be.

Other information such as name and numbers etc are present.With the (primary) Microsoft Account i've used when setting up the phone, those very same contacts are displayed as they should be.

I've tried hard reseting my phone, but the thing is i've put on a lock code. So whenever i turn my cell on it asks for lock code which i can't input cause of the touch screen being down. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a new problem to update with FP2. Suddenly last evening I noticed that all my contacts are showing as unnamed, although their details are intact. Just the names are missing. The whatsapp favorites/contacts list looks fine and the contact search before making a call is also identifying the contacts. The names have disappeared only from the master contacts list. I tried doing the usual restart couple of times.Also did a Nokia sync but the issue hasn't been resolved. I'm worried about restoring the backup lest the problem remains.

Or sometimes I can find it but with all the contact information deleted.I am using Verizon Backup assitant to manage my contacts. I wonder if anyone else have the same problem. For example the "Tron Legacy Visual FX trailer", which is very dark for the most part, looks extremely brown... Compared to my TV/computer monitor/iPod touch it looks very bad.

The problem is it worked fine the first time I used it but did take a while to lock on a signal, every time I have used it since (or tried to use it I should say) it has either crashed the whole phone or just gone back to home screen closing the app.
I have tried turning agps, network etc off with no luck.
I have stored movies and music video in X6. I converted them into mp4 format using xilisoft ultimate converter specifying the output format as blackberry mp4 320 X 240. So i converted one movie of 698 mb avi and its output is coming to 506 mb with 128 bitrate audio.. is there any other software to convert and reduce the file size? can nokia ovi suite convert videos?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a new x6 and am havin gproblems with the many things, but mainly bluetooth with my car audio. It worked fine with my previous nokia 6500 slide so it can't be the audio system or the way I set it up.
Whe I first set up the pairing all is fine. It connects automatically etc. But if while the bluetooth is connected I browse the phone, say with texting or navigation, the bluetooth dissconnects and will not re-connect. Sometimes, if I turn the phone off and on it may start to connect automatically again. It's a big nuisence and if I get a text while driving the bluetooth will not work anymore.
Has this happened to anyone else and is there a fix? I really like the functions of the phone but it seems to have some major software issues.
