Is it possible to rearrange the contacts on the contacts bar? I'd like to have them in a custom sequence or in alphabetical order. Is this possible without removing them all and re-adding?
View 5 RepliesI have had the phone for a week or two now and every now and again my contact list deletes several contacts, and I do not know why. It also on a number of occassions adds several contacts from my email account and I have no idea why? and to top things of, yesterday it duplicated most of my contact list. Is it something im doing by accident?
View 7 Replies View RelatedI am experiencing strange behavior of E72 contacts application.My contacts are synchronizes via Exchange (as is email, calendar and tasks).When I enter Contacts and seach for a specific name (starting H today, but it was a different letter) no contact is found when in fact this contact exists and I can find it by scrolling thru all contacts.I find that restarting the phone solves the problem for a while.

It's readable with the o2 default theme (which I don't like), but any of the other themes that come with it have white text on a pale grey (nearly white) background. I tried adding a different theme to the phone but it still has the same colours for the pop up contacts window.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've added an additional Hotmail account and enabled syncing with Contacts, but for some reason, each of those contacts that belong to that account do not show a contact photo, it's just a blank square. Other information such as name and numbers etc are present.With the (primary) Microsoft Account i've used when setting up the phone, those very same contacts are displayed as they should be.

(Quick Memo, Wifi, sound, bluetooth etc..) I realize swiping right there are a lot more, but would like to put swap a few on the initial pull down screen.

It looks as if you can only move apps when you double click one screen, but then you don't see the other screens so it is kind of hard to put apps on different screens according to kind....
Is it really that much of a pain to move icons? It is for me now...Or are there video's available for people who need visual clues?

For the past few days my 808 dialler no loger does Contact Search while tapping the T9 keys. I've checked that the setting is enabled.I've also found that Messaging no longer displays my contacts, just their phone numbers.The timing of this seems to coincide with the recent Social update for FP2, but it could be coincidence.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a new problem to update with FP2. Suddenly last evening I noticed that all my contacts are showing as unnamed, although their details are intact. Just the names are missing. The whatsapp favorites/contacts list looks fine and the contact search before making a call is also identifying the contacts. The names have disappeared only from the master contacts list. I tried doing the usual restart couple of times.Also did a Nokia sync but the issue hasn't been resolved. I'm worried about restoring the backup lest the problem remains.

Or sometimes I can find it but with all the contact information deleted.I am using Verizon Backup assitant to manage my contacts. I wonder if anyone else have the same problem. That problem is not only frustrating, but also embarassing, especially when you are entering a new friend's contact while showing off your phone

I have an Xperia Z3. Since upgrading to Android 5.0.2 (Lollipop), I'm no longer able to rearrange the home screens. I used to be able to do this by long-pressing an empty area of the screen, then long-pressing the screen I want to move. This no longer works. It's there a fix?

Calling out appears to be fine. However when customizing the phone I am unable to set picture and a ringtone to a contact in the contact list. The Contact is saved on the phone. When the person dials in the picture will display correctly but the ringtone will play a default ring not a custom file as selected. This has heppened on all 3 of the phones. I am down to the OS of the phone which the provider says is up to date.

After finishing the call, the screen goes back to main menu.... but the contacts-app sticks active in the background. In order to close that, i have to long-press the button, switch to contacts, and close. Which is a little bit fussily.....
View 4 Replies View RelatedI wonder if anyone can help me. I am using the nokia 5310 and even though I am using a sim card with all my names stored in it, when I get a call or a text from someone who is in my phonebook it still just shows up as a number.
Also the names are not in order in my phone book.I am using this phone in Canada, and I got it from Ireland so the time on my incoming messages is 5 hours behind.So many issues!!
I broke the screen of my 6280 so used a different phone for a while and now that I've repaired it and put the sim card back in the phone displays the number rather than the name in the text inbox. When I try to add the number to the contact it says it's in use for the contact bla bla. The numbers get displayed in the +44 format and are saved in the domestion 07xx format but I can't overwrite it because it then recognises the number.
