When I first heard that Symbian^3 on the N8 would support multiple calendars I was under the impression that I finally could sync all my iCal calendars with my N8. But I just can't get this feature to work (iSync plug-in version is 2.0).
Calendar entries made on my Mac still show up under the "PC Suite" calendar on the N8.
I need to sync more than one outlook calendar with my Bold 9650. When I turn on wireless sync, only my main calendar syncs. When I turn it off and hook it up to my desktop, it syncs both calendars but not when I'm mobile so updates to the calendar don't show unless I reconnect to the PC.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a BlackBerry Curve 8330 with Verizon. I have v4.5.0.175 of the BB software.I have five email accounts setup on the BB. All are working OK. One of the five has a calendar associated with it. It’s a Gmail account with a Google Calendar. None of the other four email accounts has any type of calendar associated with it but apparently my BB thinks all of them do.
I use Google’s sync application to sync my BB with my Google Calendar. That works OK most of the time. However, occasionally things get flakey. Events on my Google Calendar show up on my BB as if they were from another calendar - a calendar associated with one of my other email addresses. But no such other calendars actually exist.
When I go into calendar options on my BB it lists five different calendars - one for each of my email addresses. When I go into Select Calendar on my BB it also lists the same five calendars. Again, only one calendar actually exists. So, how do I tell my BB that four of my five email addresses have no calendar (and never have)? How can I delete those four imaginary calendars from my BB so that nothing can possibly go to them?
Can you synch multiple calendars that are on my Outlook 2007 (1 email address) to my BB Tour? If so, please give detailed instructions

Contacts seems to work fine, add a contact on either, and it almost immediately shows on the other device?
Is it best to update to the latest version on my Imac to take advantage of syncing through the cloud? If I am correct, with version 10.6.8, I can not sync through my icloud account, correct?

I have a Nokia Lumia 800. I have created three extra agenda's within one windows live account.
- Schoolagenda
- Facebook verjaardagen
- Werkagenda
The problem is:Schoolagenda: is syncing good but it took forever and after I deleted another agenda. So no problems here (for now)Facebook verjaardagen: Still has the old name (Facebook test). I changed the name a while after the creation Werkagenda: Created this as last and has a few entries. Doesn't show up on my phone at all?
I was told the E7 does not manage multiple calendars on an exchange account. True ?

I have to check both calendars to ensure I don't miss any events and have to physically re enter them separately into the different calendars.

I just recently purchased a Nexus 5. I was a Windows Phone 8 user so this is a big change for me since this is my first ever Android device. With my Windows Phone, one thing I used to use a lot was the calendars. Whatever I would put in my phone would go onto my Calendars app in my Windows 8 laptop and reversal. It'll popup and give me notifications. With Android, I have noticed I can't do that. I am now using Google Calendars. What is a solution I can use so that whatever reminder I put in my calendars in my Nexus goes directly to my computer and I get notifications automatically?

I've been using iPhone 4s since January and it has worked flawlessly until about 2 weeks ago... right around the time I upgraded to 5.1.1. I just found out you can load sports schedules in Google Calendars. I was hoping that by adding them to my Google Calendars they would sync with my phone. This doesn't seem to be the case. I saw a work-around from a discussion in Oct. 2000, but the site suggested in that discussion only has 2010 football schedules. Any other ideas about adding a calendar on my phone? Is there a best place for me to suggest that the "Browse Interesting Calendars" feature be available on phones as well as online?

This is the same case as with my Contacts. I have a separate contact list for my boss as I do for myself. And with regard to the calendars, I do this so I can print him off a calendar at any time without it being affected by anyone else's or my own appointments showing up.
I am very familiar with Blackberry's and my work has awesomely provided me with a new BB Bold 9650.THE ISSUE: My BB is syncing all calendars and contact lists. I DO NOT want to sync all these calendars and contact lists.I just want to sync certain calendars and only certain contact lists. My BB is a crazy ol' mess with contacts showing up 2 and sometimes 3 times and the one calendar I can view on my BB has my boss' appointments with my appointments and other crazy appointments.I swear I think my appointments even have appointments. I have searched and searched online to try and figure out how to get around this to no avail. I spoke with Verizon and they said to contact my IT Department. What is this Exchange Activesync? It only allows me to have one single email account in my 808, and it ask for username and domain when I try to add an email account...it forces me to write something in one of those field to let me go on... I have Hotmail...and it do let me sync and find my hotmail account just with my address written with password...and if I write for ex. a "O" in the domain field...but why? And why does it onlt let me sync one account? In my old N8 I could synd how many emails accounts I wanted and I just needed to chooce which type of account I had for ex. Hotmail, Gmail or something else...and I could have two withdgets ontop of eachother with different email accont in them....how do I get that on this new 808??
Is there another program than the so called "Exchange Activesync" to down load and use...like the old N8´s email program. If I cant not have my two hotmails accounts synced in my 808 it is totally worseless for me!
I am using the CA-75U cable plugged into the 3.5mm jack. I have 2 phones, one on Belle Refresh and one with the Belle widgets update. I haven't used TV-OUT for about 3 months because our screen died, but now we have a new screen and now BOTH the phones won't reckognize the TV-OUT cable!
Did a recent software update stop it from working? Does anyone have a fully up to date phone and CAN get TV-OUT working via the 3.5mm jack?
Since my N8-00 has been upgraded to Symbian Anna, a single SMS message is billed multiple times.Now and then a simple SMS (within the constraints of a single SMS, without any special letters) shows up on my bill as if it was send 2 (sometimes even 3) times. Each time there is a delay of exactly 3 seconds between them.It seems as if the communication between the phone and the SIM card or the cell tower causes the phone to attempt sending the SMS multiple times, while actually each time it tries, the attempt is marked as sent and consecutively shows up on the bill.Because this problem has only been occuring since the upgrade to Symbian Anna, I suspect a software bug to be the problem.The receiver phone gets only 1 SMS as he/she is supposed to.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have been using N86 for the past 2-3 years and this week I switched to nokia n8, I upgraded it to belle the very first day and everything seems to be working well n good except for this thing. I have above 700 songs in my music library and there is no way to mark multiple songs in the music library of nokia n8 so that I can add them to specific playlists. Is there some simpler way to do this maybe I am missing it because its my first experience with a touch phone. OR has nokia been so ignorant that this feature was not implemented in this OS, which I personally think is not possible (cos I don't expect such a thing from Nokia btw). I don't want to long press every single song and then add to playlist and repeat the same process for above 700 records it will take me a whole day I guess.
