I've been using iPhone 4s since January and it has worked flawlessly until about 2 weeks ago... right around the time I upgraded to 5.1.1. It still syncs Outlook 2010 contacts but has stopped syncing calendars. I have no idea why??? I've removed and reinstalled iTunes and associated apps but to no avail.

I need to sync more than one outlook calendar with my Bold 9650. When I turn on wireless sync, only my main calendar syncs. When I turn it off and hook it up to my desktop, it syncs both calendars but not when I'm mobile so updates to the calendar don't show unless I reconnect to the PC.

I downloaded the new software for my iPhone 4S, it has stopped syncing my calendar and contacts with my home Outlook. Any new contacts or events I enter into Outlook won't show up on my phone and any new contacts or events I enter in my phone won't show up with Outlook. I use the USB port to sync every few days with my computer. Nothing has been erased, i.e. all my old events and contacts are still there, but nothing new will add. I have not changed any settings on my phone or on itunes, and I even turned off the overall calendar option and selected single calendars to try, but to no avail.

It worked great for a few weeks then when something updated automatically and no more sync .I get a "operation terminated unexpectedly" pop-up. I've read through the forums and tried putting an end time on my recurring dates, and followed the instructions on the iloptcfg.cfg file and still no go.Address, memo and tasks works fine, but the calendar won't. I even uninstalled the BB Desktop manager (v5.0) and reinstalled v4.7 and no go.

With my Windows Phone, one thing I used to use a lot was the calendars. Whatever I would put in my phone would go onto my Calendars app in my Windows 8 laptop and reversal. It'll popup and give me notifications. With Android, I have noticed I can't do that. I am now using Google Calendars. What is a solution I can use so that whatever reminder I put in my calendars in my Nexus goes directly to my computer and I get notifications automatically?

This doesn't seem to be the case. I saw a work-around from a discussion in Oct. 2000, but the site suggested in that discussion only has 2010 football schedules. View 3 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S2 to the S5. I am loving the phone except for the syncing of the Outlook (Exchange) calendar. I use multiple calendars in Outlook (for my work), but only want one of the calendars to sync to my phone (my main calendar only - the others are group calendars that I do not need to see on my phone; however, I am the owner of each of these calendars [not sure if that is important or not]). The problem I'm having is that the S5 is grouping my calendars into one calendar. I cannot choose which calendar I would like to see/sync, so the group calendar information is overpopulating my calendar (I use the S Planner calendar that comes with the Galaxies). I really just want the one (main) calendar to sync.
I thought the issue was in the S5's on-board S Planner calendar, so I disabled that and downloaded the Google calendar app. Much to my surprise, the same thing happened. This lead me to believe that it is something in how the S5 is syncing with the Exchange calendars.
I also have a Galaxy Tab 2 running the most recent software update (I don't know what it is), and it only syncs the main Outlook (Exchange) calendar ... not all of them. This is also how it was with my S2.

Calendar entries made on my Mac still show up under the "PC Suite" calendar on the N8.
I am an Executive Assistant and use Microsoft Outlook on a daily basis. I have up to 3 or more different calendars created for various things. This is the same case as with my Contacts. I have a separate contact list for my boss as I do for myself. My gmail calendar items show in BLUE and my outlook calendar items show in RED, I want my shared calendar items to show as well (preferably a different colour). On my computer I can view my boss' calendar and I need this for work. As I work out of the office sometimes and need access to my boss' calendar I would like it to be on my mobile as well.
home button broke. in warranty. given new phone. calendar sync said "syncing with iphone will change 25% of your calendars on this computer" and the table said 602 entries would be modified. So I went into advanced and ticked the box "replace information on iphone with information from computer". ran sync. now iphone has everything. BUT the next sync (minutes later, just to check) I got the same error message: "syncing with iphone will change 25% of your calendars on this computer" and the table said 602 entries would be modified. What do I do now? Until I can fix this, I can't make any calendar changes on the iphone. Have to wait until I am at home to record on the PC, since I can only do a one way replace for calendars....

I'm gonna try and explain this as simply as possible (as it's for my dad, so I'll have to explain it to him the same way)! My dad likes using the native IPhone 3G calendar for keeping his appointments. However, he doesn't use the calendar in Outlook, so when he needs to enter something into the IPhone calendar, he has to do it right on the phone.
What he'd like to do is be able to enter the info into a PC-based calendar via the keyboard (he says it's much faster because of the amount of info he's entering), and then have it sync the info into the IPhone calendar. Again, He does not use outlook calendar. So what I'm basically asking is this is there a PC-based calendar program that he could use that would then allow ITunes to sync his PC-based calendar to his IPhone calendar?
