While changing to memory card, interacting with messages become slow, and this time it happened that when a msg is received, the phone displayed a message 'Disk write error, retry or exit!' This doesn't happens when using phone memory. Using Nokia 5233.

I've got a little problem with my nokia X7 since I've updated it to symbian Belle. Sometimes an error window appear with this message "error in the writing of the disc. Retry or data will be lost" an then I've got two buttons "retry" or "Stop" but no matter what I do window doesn't disappered. I tried to re-install Belle but nothing has changed. When I conned microSD to my computer a window appear telling that data in storage are damaged or corrupt but windows can't repair it.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just got my N8 back from repair. It died a few weeks ago and wouldn't charge, so they replaced the battery and updated it to Anna at the same time. I got it back today, and now there is no keyboard thingy for me to write on! When I try to start writing a new message it just says "tap to write" in grey, but nothing happens when i tap. It's the same with notes and everything else where I would need the keyboard. The only thing that works is the numberpad, so I can call people, just not write to them

View 2 Replies View RelatedI upgraded my N8 to Anna. Could not do the 1/2, everything else worked fine. Finally got the 1/2 to work, ever since had nothing but problems. Whenever I start the phone I get 3 or 4 system error messages. After hitting ok, I can access most of my phone. I cannot access my contacts from the home screen. I can only go into the call screen, which does not allow me to add a new contact or edit. I have tried both the hard and soft reboots and tried to re-install but it has only gotten worse. I kinda need to access my contacts for work.

When I tried to open the Music Player, it showed only some 70 songs, instead of 172 which the Memory card had originally in it.I tried to Refresh the Music Player, initially it showed that files are been loaded.But after about 50 songs the device hanged up there.I tried to cancel the process, but it didn't respond anything. The Screen got struck and I have to switch-off mobile and start it again to resume it into operation. I tried to pull out the Memory card and insert it again, but the songs are not getting populated in the Music Player.
