i have an issue with my new 5233 that is when some calls me and my phone is locked two strips are shown on phone that i can use to unlock or accept call. but none of these are working . is any one else facing this problem. please guide me how to resolve this issue. do i need any software update for my phone etc

I'd much rather just do the swipe. How can I set this as the default option to greet me when I flick the switch to wake up?I have the device lock on as quite often the screen becomes active on it's own, and messes up my widgets etc.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have bought new Nokia 5233, two days back. And I have inserted a 2GB Micro SD Memory card to it. When I tried to open the Music Player, it showed only some 70 songs, instead of 172 which the Memory card had originally in it.I tried to Refresh the Music Player, initially it showed that files are been loaded.But after about 50 songs the device hanged up there.I tried to cancel the process, but it didn't respond anything. The Screen got struck and I have to switch-off mobile and start it again to resume it into operation. I tried to pull out the Memory card and insert it again, but the songs are not getting populated in the Music Player.

During the workout the UI became high latency and almost completely unresponsive. It would take 3 4 presses to the Power Key to get the device to wake up. When device did wake up, the CapTouch UI would not accept any swipe or touch gestures. I finally was able to power the device down hoping for a graceful reset. However I was concerned that I was never going to get to the point of getting to the power down screen. seen this issue on other Android devices and know that there are times when a battery pull is needed due to a deadlock or a process gone haywire.
