I am using N97 rom 02-Aug-09. everything was working fine untill i notice tht my phone memory is getting filled up although i never installed any application & i hv set my default memory as mass memory from the very beginning. for nokia care in india the only solution is format/soft.update. moreover they couldn't even trace where the memory is occupying so that it could be set free.

I've had my iPhone 4 memory fill up with 19GB of "other" memory within a week. I just restored it to the factory settings, and put back only a few songs, pictures and a few selective apps. Yet within 24 hours I have 7GB of "other" memory. How do I correct this?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI am running my E72 on the 031.023 software version. I downloaded the Facebook application from the Ovi Store. It installed correctly. When I run the application, it takes me to the screen where you have to type in your e-mail and password. After typing in my e-mail, when I activate the password field the application freezes for a split-second and then closes spontaneously, with no error message or anything else.I already tried reinstalling the latest software version and reinstalling the application, to no success. I also tried typing in the password before the e-mail, but the same thing happens.I do not want to use those other applications that manage your social networks, I want to be able to use the official facebook application offered by Nokia's official store on my phone which cost me a lot of money and should be able to do these things.
View 5 Replies View RelatedOk everything was working fine till I inserted the memory card back into my phone after copying a video file.I hear a tone that it has detected the memory card but don't see any notification that it is installing memory card apps as it used to show. All my apps are gone but when I check the apps manager, it lists all the previously installed apps are installed. :s No apps icons visible in the apps folder but memory card detected and can be accessed via file manager.I have already removed and reinserted the card several times and turned the phone on/off.What to do ? Are there any files that can be copied so that the phone autodetects the installed apps?

I've used it before successfully on my N95.But since I installed it on my Nokia N8 I have a problem exporting it.On my N95 I just selected "Export Diary", I choose "OK" for allowing app to manage user data, I choose the memory partition and that was all. The diary was exported to my sd card in .txt format.

Having great fun in doing so but not always given the option of where to save them to with the end result that they are saving to the phone memory which keeps filling up and then giving me an error message.
