Feb 1, 2010I am having a problem in N900 when i try to check my credit with *222# it gives me incorrect number, i bought it from UAE and i am using it in brazil can anyone help?

Instead I receive a message "Incorrect Number".The problem is this. My mobile service provider has given me a number to check my balance and last 3 call charges by dialing the following numbers:

But the above numbers are identified to be invalid in Nokia N900.
Nokia :: N900 Wifi V 3G To Check Mails
Apr 19, 2010I really struggle with the wifi on my N900. When I want to see emails I have to disconnect from the wifi and change to 3G otherwise get an error message. Also can only download apps if via 3G - again have to disconnect from home wifi. Also cannot use the iplayer - probably because over wifi? Anyone else have this problem?

Apr 26, 2010i realy your help in this one, now i live in Lebanon, and i'm searching for a n900, but the other day my freind told that you can't check for your balance in your phone operartor, is that true, were i live, you need to recharge your phone in before you make phone calls, send messages etc, and to see how much dollars(or what ever its called) you still have in what you have recharged, you need to press *11# and than the green button, and than a message shows up showing you your phone operator balance, is it true that that can't be done on the n900? i like it how i can overclock the n900 from 600 mhz to 1000 mhz in less than 30 sec.

I had original Nokia in my hand and I compered few things and this phone is little different.
I have a feeling that display has less colours that the other one. It starts with different tone then original one. In the right up corner has got bigger battery sign and when you charge it the lines which indicates charging process moves very quickly. It is not just that I have noticed that quality of camera is not that good. All icons are on the right place but it looks like there is a old soft in it. I have check soft. version V 10.0.021 22-08-09 RM-320 Nokia N95 8GB(12.01)
When I open and take battery off I can see sticker of Nokia. It says Type RM-84 which is different the from the display. Then IMEI - long number

I know that anyone can put a sticker on the phone but I wonder where is information about product code.
I have tried to use number 039650 because it looks the most similar to product code but your web site says:
"...That is not a valid product code. Please check your product code and type it again. For example, most codes begin '05xxxxx'...."
I have tried to paste number with A in front of it as it is on the sticker on the phone and I got following:
"...Sorry, there is no software currently available for that product code via the Nokia Software Update tool...."

I've tried master resetting phone, location services are on, battery and sim pull, no improvement. Checking for updates in phone menu, says phone is up to date, so no OTA available.

But I cannot check if the maps I downloaded are installed properly! I tried to check with Noia Ovi Suite 2.1.1.1 and it says "No maps installed". Same problem with Nokia Maps loader 3.0.24.0. It's no matter if I install the maps using Map Loader or Ovi Suite -> same problem. Well, I installed the maps on External Memory Card - but this should not be the problem?!
