I just had to format my Hard Drive and reinstall the OS. Since then I am getting "This is Not your Registered PC" error message while downloading music with unlimited subscription.
When I went to register the PC, I am getting another error message that I have already changed it in last 90 days, which is in fact I did, but changed only the registered mobile.
How to I re-register my PC?
I have a virus on my memory card which has de-stabilised my phone, has it seems to be frezzing, shutting down and just mis behaving. the problem i have with re formatting the card is that it came with some system files. if i reformat through the phone , will it replace all the system files on the memeory card...
View 11 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased a Nokia 5310 Xpress Music about a week ago. It is a great phone, but the problem I am experiencing has to with the memory card. When I try to format it, I select "Options" while "Memory Card" is highlighted but I do not have the option of formatting it. Is there something wrong with my phone? Currently, my phone is V 06.68, which I am assuming is the latest version, since I have the Nokia Ovi Suite installed, and when I select "Update", it says I have the latest version.

Tried to register with the latest version ovi player on the pc however when I type in the code the page will not respond.Emailed Nokia who confirm the code is valid and suggest making sure its connected to the internet (duh), use the latest version ovi player, clear the browser, reinstall ovi player, consult the website or follow the site instructions.Strangely none of these make a difference. Haven't rung them yet as the don't say what that will cost.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI did general master reset doing the *#7370#- it restored the phone to the original settings then I started transfering contacts from the SIM card. I editted them. Then the phone went back to the original profile (them, homescreen) as it was before the formatting. Then it froze, wont let me type anything but the * or # key. Wont let me go into the menu. I tried restarting 6 times and the same thing happens over and over. I called Rogers Tech support, they have never heard of anything like that-and suggest a replacement. One thing I though it could be is that somehow during the formatting the phone got locked, but Roger's says it is not. So now I am out of the phone and need this one fixed or replaced. Has anyone heard of anything like that before? If so please help me before I buy another phone, because I would rather save this one

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have N97 with up-to-date firmware. I installed NM, as per instructions on email.nokia.com through the phone browser - no problems there. When I start Email application (from Menu/Applications/Menu) it goes though email setup process which ends with successful creation of an email account in Messaging folder. Once set up is completed and Email client application is run again, it goes again to email setup and does not start nokia email client.Within the whole process, there was no option to register to Nokia Messaging account.I can receive and send emails, but through basic SMS-type client. How can I get NM client running?

I was using my iPhone4S on iOS 5.1.1 and sycing with my Windows Seven PC. I recently formatted my PC and had to reinstall iTunes and now I want to download apps to my PC and transfer them to my phone, I figured that I cannot do that as I have to click the 'Sync Apps' on my iTunes to do this. I transferred all the apps on my phone to my PC and when I tick the 'Sync Apps' checkbox it says that all the apps and data associated with them will be replaced.
How can I transfer the apps from iTunes to my iPhone ? I have enabled iCloud backup. If I sync apps like this will I LOSE my app data ? I don't want to lose the save files of my games.

When you try this there is a crop frame that shows up to allow you to crop the picture but the resultant image doesn't fit the screen like it should. The crop frame is bigger than the xoom display.
