After i Restored my N8 to factory condition (due to some problems), the 3 preinstalled games i.e. NFS Shift, Galaxy on Fire and Real Golf got deleted. I had backed up my data and restored it after formatting but i did not get the games back. I checked the ovi store and it says "item not available". how to get the games back.

1. my mobile crashes when i use internet and ovi store and playing games. i updated to 010.032 but problem is still there and also i didnt recieved office and pdf apps in upd
.
2. i want to clean c drive (100 mb other files).
3. is there any app available through which i can easily switch between gprs/edge and wlan. i try to use wlan but nokia browser and opera mini starts using gprs/edge.
4. battery drains quickly. i dont use any app running behind.i close all apps using "long press menu button and kill the apps" method. still battery lasts for only 3 hours of internet and 1 hour gaming and 5 hours of stand by with everything closed.
After the Belle update, all my sms-messages were deleted. So i got them back by restoring them from the back up i made before updating. Now they are not displayed in the right order, by date. Instead, first i get the mms messages, then when I scroll up I get all my sent messages to that contact, en even more up all the received messages. So it's not a conversation anymore. Within the "sent" and "received" messages groups they are ordered by date and time. How can i fix this so i can see the actual conversation again, with alternating sent and received messages? The mms messages also have the time and date from restoring from the back up, the regular sms-messages still have the original time and date correctly.

I found a few files that was large, but the main problem is several hundred files with suffix .Rxxx which from a PC point of view are files belonging to compressed file in RAR-format.Is performing a reset of the phone the only way to get rid of these files? Is there no way they can be deleted using Swiss Manager or other programs like that? I use Swiss manager to find these files. Using this program Ifind that the resource directory has 34+ GB of data nd inside the apps directory show 28GB and that is where all the .Rxxx files are found, on the root of apps, not inside of the directories inside apps.

I tried clicking applications on the desktop software but it just said "A newer version of Blackberry Desktop Software is required to update the software on your device. Please download an updated version and retry." But when I try to download a newer version it says that I have the latest version already! It's a curve 8530 btw.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI did general master reset doing the *#7370#- it restored the phone to the original settings then I started transfering contacts from the SIM card. I editted them. Then the phone went back to the original profile (them, homescreen) as it was before the formatting. Then it froze, wont let me type anything but the * or # key. Wont let me go into the menu. I tried restarting 6 times and the same thing happens over and over. I called Rogers Tech support, they have never heard of anything like that-and suggest a replacement. One thing I though it could be is that somehow during the formatting the phone got locked, but Roger's says it is not. So now I am out of the phone and need this one fixed or replaced. Has anyone heard of anything like that before? If so please help me before I buy another phone, because I would rather save this one
