After I downloaded some free apps and games (level meter, angle meter, need for speed shift) that use the phone's motion sensor, I noticed the sensor is off by a few degrees. Can this be re-calibrated in the phone (not in the app itself) or do I need to return it for repair?

I don't seem to have that trigger in the version of smart actions on my new Droid 4, though? Is that a hardware sensor limitation? Or do I need to change a setting somewhere to make that trigger come up in the list?

Mar 21, 2010I had to factory reset my phone. I can see all my games in my application manager as I made sure to save them to the mass memory not the phone memory.Anyway, I can't get the icons to pop back up into the Applications folder so I can play them. Any suggestions?

1. my mobile crashes when i use internet and ovi store and playing games. i updated to 010.032 but problem is still there and also i didnt recieved office and pdf apps in upd

2. i want to clean c drive (100 mb other files).
3. is there any app available through which i can easily switch between gprs/edge and wlan. i try to use wlan but nokia browser and opera mini starts using gprs/edge.
4. battery drains quickly. i dont use any app running behind.i close all apps using "long press menu button and kill the apps" method. still battery lasts for only 3 hours of internet and 1 hour gaming and 5 hours of stand by with everything closed.

Jan 10, 2010I've just bought a 5230 and I'm really annoyed that I don't have the functionality my E51 had where if it was really dark the screen would dim down. This is an important thing to me since I tend to read at night and I dislike having to go all the way to settings and so on.
Do you know any piece of software that could change screen brightness based on the light sensor readings?I'm just amazed the phone software doesn't do that on its own but hey s60v5 is worse than s60v3...

Sep 6, 2011I installed an application called Folder Icons and then managed to inadvertently change the new Purple Games icon to a standard Symbian Anna folder icon. Does anyone know a way of restoring individual icons for folders such as Games? I've tried reappying Themes but they just keep the standard folder icon.
