Nov 21, 2012I have had my 920 for four days now and have not been able to access the netwrok. I tried 3 different sims and it just wouldnt activate. They suggested trying a new sim and activating in another phone BEFORE the 920. IT WORKED. Then i founs the phone to just constantly crash itself.

Aug 21, 2012Ever since I got my lumia 800, 5 days after its release, I have never been able to connect to my wireless network at home.
I have tried everything I can think of. I am using a Linksys WAG160N modem router running WEP encryption.
I know the WEP key (because I made it) so I know it is correct, but the phone always says that the password is incorrect.

But i have a problem.I can't add a microsoft account to my profile so i can download apps and so on. Tried with @gmail.com's @live.com's and so forth, nothing works. It says something about connectivity but i've tried both on 3G and WiFi.

Dec 15, 2012I got my brand new ( Unbranded) Lumia 920 and am on T-Mobile ( Germany)For al i've tried I can't make the phone connect to the microsoft store the error I get "Can't connect We're having a problem signing in. Make sure you have good reception. If you do, the problem may be on the other end.Wait alittle while and tray again" I have full WiFi reception and HDPA+. My phone ( on T-Moble Gemrnay) does NOT provide a " Auto time sync" button. I have set the time as best as I can but no luck getting the phone to login.I have been to the T-Mobile shop today to ask for a brand new Simcard since mine was 3 years old. The did not help at all.If I try to check for new updates ( Phone Update) i get the error :"We are currently unable to check for updates. (801881e4)I can however add my ourlook.com account to mail and it will sync, but the same account will not work in the store,Xbox ,..etc What can I do ? I don't want to send the phone back but will have no choise if I can't find a solution within 1 week.

Jul 16, 2014I had 3G connection until today afternoon. To check if the Cyan update is available, I changed the region to US and back to India. After this the phone is not connecting to cellular data network, even though I can make voice calls. It connects to Wi-Fi without issues. So far I have tried the following -
1. Soft reset (power and volume down)
2. Change region back and forth
3. Hard reset (twice)
Internet APN is set to internet, but still no connection and the status bar is not showing E/3G or H+.

Aug 19, 2010I am using E72 for 2 months, but since then I am unable to login Yahoo msgr from the Nokia chat client. The error is Code: 409 i.e. Invalid yahoo ID or password, though, I provided the correct ID and password, while keeping the case sensitive nature of password in mind.
This problem is only coming with yahoo.Gtalk and other services are working fine.Tried using fring also, but that too is not working with....
The ID and password are absolutely correct. Should I have to change some settings in yahoo account? Also the mail client is working fine with yahoo.m getting the emails.

Jun 17, 2012I recently bought an unlocked Lumia 900 in Australia and run it on the Telstra Network. I find it very irritating that the phone has no facility for date and time to be set from the network, particularly as my Lumia 800 did have this facility, as have alll my smartphones for the last few years, including iPhones and various flavours of Android phones, all on the Telstra network. Why does the Lumia 900 not have this facility as it is definitely supported both by the Telstra network and by the previous Lumia 800. It also doesnt help that the Lumia 900 is very inaccurate without this facility. It is beyond belief that the phone does not have what I consider to be basic, taken for granted functionality.

May 30, 2010from Belgium, traveling in the States - using the 5800 XpressMusic. I'm unable to get a right network (to make phonecalls and text). Doesn't matter if I use the Dual Mode, UMTS or GSM. When I manually search, it gives me 2 options; AT&T and T-Mobile. When I request either one of them it tells me that I don't have access. What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting I'm missing?Settings > Connectivity > Network > Network unavailable. I'd like to see it changed. GPS and wifi are working fine.

After I changed my SIM card, they requested me to log into my BB ID, which I tried to do, but failed. I have changed my BBID password and tried to log in again, just in case I remembered the wrong password, but to no avail. Right now I am locked out of my own phone by BBID.
