When i receive an Incoming call i press the slide up and then both the Answer and Ignore buttons do not work. And there is no touch response on these button, they are simple greyed out.

Sometimes not always when I get an incoming call the phone hangs, but keeps ringing. The regular answering screen comes up but nothing happens when I press any of the buttons, hardware or touch.

when i receive a call, i answer it and i hear a split second from the caller. The iphone then hangs up the call on its own. This only happens for incoming calls.

I'm seeing a problem whereby, if the other person hangs up before I do, the call will continue on the handset - on all other phones, as soon as the other person hangs up, the handset then disconnects too.

If there is a field with a company name in it, suppose this would be a must to have an option to choose how to display contact when incoming call, i.e. just name or name with a company name.
View 2 Replies View RelatedOur office recently bought a handful of the Nokia Lumia 880 phones for our "out of office" staff. These phones have all been updated to the latest versions of the software/firmware using Zune on a desktop.
There still appears to be a problem with incoming calls showing the incorrect contact. It appears to be ignoring the first 4 digits of the phone number and only matches the last part. We live in Australia and have to mobile syntax of 04 XXXX XXXX. Numbers saved in the phone are saved without spaces like: 0401234567
Here's an example of how to repeat the bug.
Say this is a friends number: 0450100200 and you have that saved in your phone as Friend 1
If you have a second friend with a similar number on a different network like: 0417100200 and Friend 2 calls you, the contact name for Friend 1 will appear on the call screen.
We tested this theory by adding my number into the phone as a brand new contact, but we changed the first few digits of the number. My phone number was not originally in the phone, but when I called, my name appeared on the screen, even though the number saved was different to my actual number.
I don't know whether anyone else has this issue, but I would like to get it resolved. It seems sloppy design for the numbers to be loosly matched like this.
I got the windows denim update last night and I was so excited but now i'm just frustrated.
My incoming calls used to show this perfectly clear contact picture and name when I got a call, now the picture is all blurry or something.
I think some of it may be all the new options there are now at the bottom of the call screen. It looks like the photos are stretched or someting.
Please help me, I upgraded My N97 to the latest version 20.0.027, after that I format mass memory and reset all settings to factory mode. But when I want to answer an incoming call my mobile will freeze and I have to remove the battery and restart the phone. please help me if this problem will solve.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI got E5.00 with 081.004 and c00.01 software. Recently purchased. Few weeks back I have noticed some thing strange. While on the call, the recipients, signals was low and it its loss the connectivity, my phone gets stuck for 2,3 min with disconnect icon. When the icon is gone, I'm not able to make any call till I reset the unit. Also when I select the phone in to offline mode. The phone restart automatically. I did hard reset and .Etc. Still the problem there.

It freezes when I shoot a picture in ISO 200 (Which I manually tune on the settings). After the hangs, I am able to exit the camera application but, pressing the shutter button won't open the camera anymore until I reboot my phone. And opening the camera from the application list (After the freezes) will only lead to the blank screen.I have already reset my phone thrice, reinstall my software and reset the camera, but the issue won't disappear.

I have the Lumia 920 - and it's AWESOME.
I had the Focus prior to this using Office 365 for our corporate mail. When I got the new phone for some reason deleting mail on Office 365 locks the phone for probably 5-10 seconds per mail item. This probably happens 8/10 times, and then the other 2/10 times it goes lightning fast like it did on the Focus. I thought it was a connection issue but I tried enabling and disabling the Wi-Fi so it forces it to go off 4G LTE, and it also the reverse so it goes off Wi-Fi, but for some reason it still does the same thing.
I can delete like 5 emails hanging on each of them, then on the 6th for some reason, runs really fast, then 7th-9 slow and then 10 is fast all in rapid succession.
Tried a few searches, but didn't find anything specific to the subject.Received my Lumia 920 last night, and since then it has either hung or rebooted randomly over a dozen times. It seems to happen mostly when navigating through screens or accessing apps. It will sit and stream music from the Nokia Music service fine... I have to perform a reset to recover the phone when it hangs.

I have tried Windows explorer as well as the Windows Desktop App. I can see my phone in explorer and I an click to open the Music folder. When I try to copy/paste to there it just hangs and then I get an error message to stop or skip copying? I am using Windows 7 SP1. This is a deal breaker if I can't get music and photos on here.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have recently purchased an N97 in Australia, when I have incoming calls from my contacts, most do not display names.If SIM contacts are selected, the contacts are displayed but when copied to phone and editted ie; ring tones to contact, additional details, etc and then selecting phone memory as default the contacts are not displayed to most of incoming calls.By reverting to SIM contacts as default, you lose all the additional features of the so called "smart phone".There seems to be no rhym or reason to why some contacts are displaye and most are not! Can anyone help with this frustrating problem?

A lot of times, when I get an incoming calls, my phone freezes once I click the accept button, it freezes for like 20 seconds, then either accepts the call, or hangs up. Also, when I dial a number using the keypad, there is a delay, like, it takes 1-3 seconds between each number I press to display on the screen. I tried soft resetting, hard resetting, both fixes the issue for the 1st few hours, then both issues happen again!

If I make or answer a call during the navigation, my phone will only show me the details of the call (phone number, duration, picture of person called and so on) but not the map. Audio information is reduced to some "beep" in the background which is quite okay for me. Sometimes, when someone is calling and I answer, there's no sound, I mean - they can hear me, but I can't hear them. If I try to call back, I still don't get any incoming sound. After I restart mobile phone or turn it offline and then back online, then everything is alright, at least for some time. The problem is definitely in my phone, not in others. This have occured when I have been called from different phones.This bug is unpredictable. I mean, it can happan like a several times a day or few times a month. Right now, it's happaning quite often .I have updated firmware and, I think, I have now latest firmware. What could be the problem? Can it be fix with some software or I have to take it back to the shop and ask them to change it?
