I have a problem i can't download anything from web (mobile browser) it ask me about the location i want to add my download and then the download box appear but no progress from 0% it stay fix at 0 and i try to download from fennec and it download normally wz out any problems and i have another problem when i open the e-mail i have yellow message said (unable to select inbox server close and try again)and then it closed and another yellow message appear (internal error application e-mail closed)

Trying to configure my xperia mini pro to handle my email account. When typing in the email address, the password, smtp and mail configurations as stated it still won't accept my mail settings. It says I have to check the time and date of the license/certificate?Do I need to download a new email programme to handle my email or can this be fixed? And can you only set up one email account to the phone? I would like to sync both my work email and private email to the phone.

When I got my 5800 I was incredibly unimpressed with pretty much every aspect of it. Utter rubbish.I went online and checked out Nokia's Ovi store and there were about 3 apps there, none of which any good.
Thought I'd use Ovi again today. I couldn't remember what password I used so I went through the password retrival service on my phone. To do this you need to type in some letters displayed onscreen. Only the image doesn't work. On Nokia's phone, running Nokia's app, Nokia's password retrieval is impossible. This typifies everything about Nokia - unwieldy and clunky solutions that fail at every step. Nothing is straightforward or simple to use.
Finally logged on (after going on my PC). Logged on via my phone, went to download an App and "Cannot download due to an error".

I received an email with an attachment on my Curve 9300, the filename is 'mydata.data' and size is 41Bytes. I try to download and save it on the SDCard. When I select 'Donwload Attachement', it starts to download to file. It shows "0% donwloaded" for some minutes and failed with a cross icon before the filename.

Got a problem with my Galaxys 6 which has stopped downloading email attachments,the blue bar just keeps going across the screen as if its going to start but nothing happens.Tried it on different formats but all the same and also with and without wifi.

My Galaxy S5 email is set up and I am getting emails OK, but when those emails have attachments, they won't download. I get error messages that say "You must download the message before you can download the attachment." The message is already downloaded; I can read it.

I have my iphone 3Gs email set up with my gmail account. most times when an email is downloaded on my iphone it appears in my email for a second and then immediately pops back out... just disappears. if i hit the refresh button in the lower left corner - it checks for mail again and several seconds later the email appears again and stays this time. its been doing this for months now and i cant figure out why.

My email doesn't download unless I turn the BB off, turn it back on, and then allow it to download. Or it will download to a certain point, and then stop. Hours pass and nothing new arrives (and I confirm that there are new emails to download).

my BB: 9900 OS: 7.1 Bundle 1424 using BB Businese Cloud Service for connecting my Microsoft 365 email.I have problem after upgraded my BB 9900 OS from 7.0 to 7.1 since 14 June.
Once I active my email in BB after upgrade to OS 7.1.The email send/receive is ok after active, but the email in my mailbox which older than activation time, never download to my BB.Besides, the delete folder never sync with my mailbox, always empty, which my mailbox have many deleted email in delete folder.
And the send/receive of my BB is very unstable in my BB last few days, it will delay receive and fail to send, need resend again and again, I checked with local mobile service provider.They confirmed nothing wrong with their network, the problem only happen in BB Cloud service.

There is a delay between the time when an email is sent until when it appears on the phone. The delay is often several hours, sometimes days. Most commonly, i get a batch of emails in the morning when the phone turns on, but i don't get any more emails for 3-5 hours. Usually, i get several at the same time in another batch sometime in the afternoon. How do i get emails to download more frequently automatically? Is there a way to manually ping the server to check for new messages? Not sure what the "reconcile now" function is for, but it doesnt seem to do anything.
My phone is a blackberry bold 9700 on OS 6. Only email account is hotmail. Carrier is t-mobile.

I have recently moved from a z3 compact to a z5, and there is something happening that I have not seen before. When I get an email with an attachment it doesn't download it but simply states at the top of the email "pre download limit reached" but I have set the pre download limit to "no limit" when I click on "download message" it just downloads forever but never actually downloads. Is there another setting that I need to change?

I tried with both the standard email (error message could not download attachment) app and Nine (progress bar stops) it's not working anymore. I have deleted and re-installed Nine, deleted the email account and added it again, changed the email download size to all, countless restarts, unmount / mount SD card - nothing worked so far.

I'm trying to work on my IPhone as use to do on my Blackberry but I'm very frustrated , many important messages are " partially downloaded " and I can't see them , I have tried to download again many time without any success , why ? What is the problem and why such futuristic device fail to deliver on what is the most important tools we have today " emails " , of I don't get this problem away I must go back to the old device?

I have Gmail on my iPhone 4 (with Verizon). I'm having a problem where I cannot download picture attachments. It was working fine just a couple days ago, but now when I tap the download picture icon in the email, it will blink, and sometimes act like it's starting to download, then the icon will reappear, and nothing has happened.
I can forward the email again, including the original attachment, and then the picture shows up fine in the new email, but with the original one, I can't get the picture to appear.

But, if I do--then does all of my email contacts/addresses automatically download too?If so--then if I now have a contact name in my phone with a phone number and then I have the same name in my email contact--will it show up twice or will the email address be added to the phone contact?

I can't seem to download attachments from my Hotmail account. It was fine when I tried opening the email in html so that i can view the attachments, but when i tried downloading, it shows me the windows live page and says 'device not supported', so i can't download the attachments.
So does the E72 email client not allow attachments downloading or do i have to use the 3rd party windows live application to download attachments?

got a second hand curve 8520 and used the security wipe renew the settings. When I went to email setup after, its only giving me the option of using a work account which then asks for a blackberry enterprise activation code which i have no idea what that would be! Also when I've gone to download ringtones its saying requested server not available. Not having my email setup means I'm unable to start using the BMM is there any way to fix these?

I have a brand new BB curve 9320 and it won't download email attachments unless I perform a battery pull. I've done a security wipe, re-installed service books, totally wiped and re-installed the operating software and installed a new Sim, nothing fixes it.
