Nokia Accessories :: Purity Pro Headset NOT Available Anywhere
Dec 14, 2012I am trying VERY hard to support Nokia and their products. I have bought a Lumia 920 and feel it is truly a great smartphone. I cannot understand why the products that would make this smartphone truly unique like the Purity Pro headset are not to market yet?
These are differentiating products, things that would make our choice in smartphones stand out and they are nowhere to be found.
They were supposed to be release in Q4 2012 - obviously that is going to miss.....and besides wanting them badly for myself.....they would be a HUGE selling feature for the ONLY phone that should be bringing their NFC capability to the forefront.
Let me know if anyone has any idea when this product will be released.

Sep 14, 2011I have tried to connect my Blackberry Torch to my hands-free device in my car through bluetooth but it not possible. It seems to connect for a couple of minutes (even starts to syncronize the agenda) but suddenly it appears a message sayint the conexion has been lost.I have tried several things (make the blackberry listen to the device car, delete all the contacts in my agenda, ...).I am able to connect my blackberry to other bluetooth devices and I am able to connect my car dvices to other phones, but I can't connect both together. I ahve talked to the Volvo dealer and they told me there is a compatibility issue when using a SIM dual card?

Apr 16, 2012This appears to be an issue in other Windows Phone forums. The play/pause/skip controls on the WH-920 headphones don't work or work very sporadically when my Lumia 900 is locked and the screen off. When locked with screen on or unlocked with screen on the controls work completely fine.This basically makes the controls on this $100 headphone set useless if my Lumia is in my pocket I ordered a replacement off of Amazon. Same issue, which leads me to believe this is a phone problem.As well, the L-shape extender makes it so that no commands can be sent at all (locked or unlocked) and also the audio is messed up (very soft) unless the middle button on the earphones is held down. This is for both sets of L-shape extenders and both sets of headphones.

Nov 4, 2011A problem getting wall papers to appear for selection. Pictures I take are available as wallpapers, as are some that I upload to my phone, but not all, even when they are in the same folder. Photo viewer doesn't show them either but if I use file manager to select them they display ok.What do I have to do to get these pictures I have put on my phone available as wallpapers and viewable in as photos? Do they have to be a certain size or format or in a particular directory or something else?

May 14, 2010My problem is that suddenly (since yesterday) when I open the Ovi Maps site (http://maps.ovi.com/) I don't see the map surface anymore, I just see a white surface!!! Everything else is in place. I can zoom in and out of this white surface I can even change to 3D and the blue sky on top appears but no map. Needless to say the same goes for satelite or any other option. No map appears. If I reload the page the map appears for a second and disappears immediately. When I deactivate the ovi maps plug-in (4.0.12.12), the map reappears and stays. I even tried to unistall it and reinstall it but the same thing happens, NO map visible. When I reinstalled it, it said that the plug-in is not compatible with firefox 3.6.3. The strange thing is that I didn't updated my firefox since yesterday, it just started to happen suddenly. I couldn't find anything like that elsewhere on the web so this place is my last hope. Has anyone had a similar experience or even better a possible solution? By the way I have windows 7 but I can't imagine a reason for this being relevant since it work just fine until yesterday.

After a conversation with nokia support, I was finally told the E71 isn’t a comes with music phone. The pin was originally with a nokia 5800 comes with music t mob device which I have sold and posted already to the new owner. It’s been literally a week. I wanted the e71 instead of the 5800 so i got the 5800 on contract, then sold it and bought a e71.My question is.
1) If I was to get a Nokia E72 - would I be able to activate it to use with the service with this pin?
2) Is there any difference from a 5800 comes with music phone and a normal 5800?

Aug 17, 2010I just got the new iPhone. I'm still using Tiger 10.4.11 on my MacBook Pro.I plugged my new phone in to the computer and it said that the phone isn't compatible with my version of OSX. I didn't think this would be a problem since my iPhone 3G works just fine with it.
I know I can buy a new version of OSX, but after spending £450 on the phone, I'm not really in a position to afford the £132 it's going to cost me to upgrade (Apple website says I need to go for the Mac Box Set, and not just Snow Leopard) at the moment.
This isn't my main question, but if I was to ask someone who already has the Mac Box Set for a copy of the disk, would it install on my Mac, or do I have to buy it myself? Sorry if that's a silly question.If I was to set up my new phone on the PC I have here, I wouldn't be able to then plug it back into my Mac, would I? All my music and contact info etc is stored on my Mac so it'll be a major hassle to have to start all over again on the PC.And also, say if I did start using this on the PC, when I do eventually get Snow Leopard, do I have to start all over again if I want to go back to using the phone with my Mac?

Since the upgrade to 4s, I continiue to get an error ("unable to sync items. See iTunes for details") when trying to sync videos taken with her 4s with my iphone 4. Itunes doesn't provide any further detail on the error.

May 5, 2012confirm that the difficulty in pairing these two with each other is that they both have a Master BT protocol and so cannot adopt a Master - Slave relationship? setting the iPhone to a Personal Network for example. I haven't managed to find this on the iPhone 4S, just VPN, Wi-Fi or Data. Or should I just accept that they won't ever communicate via Bluetooth!?
