When I turn the phone is a lot of time on screen in that it shows "Nokia".After the screen goes all white.I can not do any of reset with code so I tried to do'*'-' 3 '+ "green key" that I found on some forums.Reinstall the firmware doesn't work because it is also impossible without the link I can not connect to PC Suite.

View 11 Replies View RelatedI have problem with my X6-00 16GB primary camera. When I turn camera on, screen stays black, only this focusing white box and other symbols are visible on screen. But no picture. When I push "take picture button", then focusing box starts blinking and stays like this, until camera goes standby mode. Secondary camera, in front of the phone is working fine. Also I have a Flashlight program (Brightlight v1.0) on my phone and it doesn't turn camera flash on, like it should be.
I gave my phone to friend who reset phone to the factory settings. After that camera worked for a while, but one day it was again black. I have done a couple of times software reinstall with nokia ovi suite on my computer. After that camera works couple of days or only couple of hours and then goes black again. Software version is the newest for that phone, v32.0.002.
Problem 1:
The camera doesn't work. I open the camera application with both methods (button on side and icon in apps) but it does the red dot thing in the corner for about 4-6 seconds then disappears and applications tells me the app is running. I try to go to the app but it wont go on it.
Problem 2:
The green key, dialler and contacts icon on the home screen do not work at all. I have no way of opening my dialler as there is no option for it.
I updated my firmware to v40.0.005 last week. Please be aware the problems were both there BEFORE i made the update and are still here after the update.Is there any way of doing this without soft/hard resetting. Also, does soft/hard reset mean you lose the data in an app (eg your high scores in a game like bagatelle)?
I have a nokia 5130 XM that always worked normaly, but i dont used it for 2 months, and now that i need it again, the mobile turn on and it stop all the time in a white screen (it don't start).I've tried:
-Connect with USB cable to check if i can update software, but my pc not recognize the device.
-Used the reset codes, nothing happened
I don't have memory card inside.the mobile phone cannot start, and i dont know what to do.any ideas/support?
I have a Sony Xperia X10 mini and it was working fine up until an hour ago. I went to listen to some music and no sound came on, went to see if there was any sound when trying to call anyone and there wasn't. it wouldnt turn off so I removed the sim card and memory card, put them back in and now pretty much all of the screen is black, (the only bit that isn't is the strip at the top where the time is displayed), the phone also now wont do anything, wont turn off wont even lock.I have just downloaded the sony pc companion to try and see if an update would fix it, but it wont connect to the phone. Asks me to tap the "USB connect" but as the phone wont do anything I can't so it won't connect.

Today i updated to belle refersh, now my tocuh screen doesnt register my touch in certain areas, i cant pull down the notification bar, cant scroll vertially (horizontal scroll works with jerks), the icon i click on doesnt get selected, but one above or on the side of it gets selected...pretty strange and annoying...what i did....removed memory card, restarted, checked...same thing...clean formatted the phone (without memory card...still doesnt work).

View 7 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased a Nokia 5130 from a TMobile store, and since I have started using it, I noticed that whenever I activate keyguard and wait for a little bit, the phone screen turns blank and would not show anything at all (I am used to S40 and S60 phones showing a bar with the time and date, the number of unread messages and missed calls showing everytime they are on standby). However, I also noticed that whenever I unlock the keypad and the backlight shows back up, the bar is actually there before it fades away and returns back to the home screen. Could it be that the screen is actually turning itself off whenever it's on keyguard standby?

I basically can't do anything on my phone because I can't type in my password. Do I just need to fix the screen or does this mean I have to get a new phone? View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got my Lumia 950 Dual Sim (2 days back) and so far I loved the features and appearance. However, I am getting frustrated with the continuous reboots and on-screen keyboard issues.
When I am trying to type in whats app or Skype (I havent tested other apps yet), the keyboard hangs and then it goes down. I have to keep clicking on the message space and then after a while either it comes up works for sometime and goes down again (unresponsive) or the phone gets restarted. I need to say that I am a bit frustrated with this as this is happening with a frequency of less than 2 minutes. I tried the basic troubleshooting steps of soft reset (volume down + power), but still same.
I accidently drop my phone to water,try to dry it. It was okay,then it started do weird thing w/o any touch. And i shut it down,when i started it,it went to bootloader screen,locked. My volume buttons doesnt work so i cant factory reset,and cant do fastboot. When i shut it down,then restart the same thing. Boot menu,buttons dont do ****,stuck here. I think it's becuse of water,but why buttons dont work ?

The mobile was in my jeans when i was in class. Then i pulled it out afterwards. The touch screen wasn't working. But all the other keys are working fine. I've tried hard reseting my phone, but the thing is i've put on a lock code. So whenever i turn my cell on it asks for lock code which i can't input cause of the touch screen being down. Now i really wanna get my precious data out of the mass memory. The phone memo doesn't matter since i got backup.
