When trying to access my calendar and add event I receive a pop up stating I have no calendar. How do access my Calendar? how to open a new folder for my picture gallery?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am using a japanese Motorola Razr 201M by Softbank.I have a problem with my gallery. Recently my SD card got full while I was taking pictures, and so the new saved pictures were moved automatically to the internal memory. Now, each time I take a photo or a video, it is automatically saved to a "DCIM" folder in the device storage (the photos taken with the Facebook app are saved in the same folder too).Since the folder changed, I have problems with camera apps like the default camera app, the facebook camera app or the paper camera app. They freeze each time I try to take a picture.I also have a problem with the gallery app, which cannot upload (display?) the photos and videos I took anymore. It is refreshing, but nothing shows up.I would like to restore the default gallery folder in the SD card, so that each time I take a photo or a video, it is saved in my SD card.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI know this isn't a serious issue at all (it's hardly an issue) but I was wondering if anyone else feels that the pinch zoom feature in the gallery is a bit too choppy? It is smoother when zooming in on lower resolution photos but not so much on larger files. I just thought it was odd and a bit wonky to use.

Then I say delete the picture(s from the SD card do I lose the picture assigned to the contact? Or is the picture assigned to a contact 'special' and also resized and kept somewhere else?
View 1 Replies View RelatedGot a picture sent to my X from my son's X. He took the photo in portrait mode. When I received it, as I was holding the phone upright (portrait) the photo was showing sideways. I rotated the phone, and the photo rotated yet again so its again sideways to the orientation of the phone. The only way to see the photo in the correct orientation is to hold the phone upside down, i.e. hard buttons at the top. I never noticed this before and it doesn't do it with pictures that were already on the phone. I looked at the one he took on his phone and it is in the correct orientation. I opened the picture both in the stock messaging app and in Handcent and its the same in both.

View 1 Replies View RelatedHow to delete unwanted picture data from gallery (XOOM) It's not that simple, in this case. I recently discovered somehow I had downloaded over 490 images into my gallery. Some 21 say Blogger pictures, and 459 are entitled from my Wordpress blog. I don't have a clue how they got on my tablet, and there are many duplicates. The option to delete was not there, just a bunch of places to send the pictures to: Picassa, Gmail, email, etc.
Go to Settings > Applications>Manage Applications > All, and scroll down to find Gallery. Tap to open it up, do a Force Stop first, if open. Then tap Clear Data. I only had 12 pictures on my tablet at this point so I emailed them all to myself, in the event they went poof. Then I held my breath, hit Clear Data, then went in and looked at my Gallery. The downloaded data was gone, all 490+ pictures, and the best part is, my pictures were still there! Those, I can delete from the Xoom, no problem.
Next, I went back into my Gallery, and to my dismay, right before my eyes, those 490+ pictures that were gone, began reloading back into my gallery! Where are they coming from?!?! 21 of them say Blogger Photos, and 459 are entitled "Stella's Blog". I don't have either app on my tablet, I can access either blog by using my browser, and have only done so a couple times. Next, I rebooted the tablet, went back to check the Gallery, and yes, the images were gone, but then they came right back again....where are they coming from and how do I get rid of them permanently?
Can't seem to find any way to correct red eye with the stock gallery picture app. Is there anywhere in the phone that you can correct red eye without downloading a third party app?

View 1 Replies View RelatedSo I went camping this weekend, and every picture I took is distorted when I'm lookin at them. Even some of my older photos are now being distorted. When using quick pic or the stock gallery, the picture looks great as a small thumbnail, but when i open the picture, a grey bar runs across the picture and the picture will be grey from the head up or the waist down. It's not the whole picture, just half of it. Was thinking about going to Verizon to show them, but I hate waiting in line for an hour only to have them say there's nothing they can do. BTW..no water on/in phone and camera lens looks in tact.

It has been happening for several weeks now...When I transfer the photos to my laptop via USB (before you ask, I have tried as USB Mass Storage, PC MODE, and Windows Media Sync) and try opening them, I get the message 'Window Photo Viewer can't open this picture because the file appears to be damaged, corrupted, or is too large.' I just now figured out today how to get the Motocast application installed and running, and it synced up ~400 pictures from my phone to laptop.
However again, when I try viewing any of them on my laptop, I get the message. I have been emailing the photos from my phone, but for some reason that stopped working today also. I go to the photo gallery and do a multi select>Share>Email, and the draft is created. I see the photos attached, put in my email address, but the email never sends...it just pops up with an orange triangle next to the subject and says Send Action canceled. Not sure what all information is needed...software is updated, is a RAZR MAXX, my laptop is Windows 7. About 65 of the photos/videos appear to be in Internal Storage and the rest are on sD card.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just purchased a Mural 6750 and a friend sent me a picture that I wanted to save, so from the menu, I selected "Save Contents" and it told me that it was saved to the "Gallery", well where's the "Gallery"? I looked in the pictures folder and it's empty, and so is the picture folder on the memory card. I looked in the user manual and there's no mention of a "Gallery" anywhere. It seems like when I want to save something, I should be asked where I want to save it to, especially since I have a memory card installed.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a folder with some icons that I hide in gallery. I updated one of the pictures and wanted to show it again and gallery will not show it.
If I go into gallery and click on hide/show album that album shows with a check mark. I click on done and it displays something like hide/show was applied. However, the album never displays.
I have tried deleting the album and putting it back and it will not display. But if I change the name of the album in file explorer it shows. Is there any way to get the original folder to appear in gallery?
I got a brand new Samsung Galaxy S5 a week ago. Well I have that little problem with it that whenever I download a pic from for example Google or Hangouts I don't have the -Downloads- folder in my gallery. They do not show up anywhere except if I go to "My files - internal memory - downloads" but nowhere in the gallery. In the gallery I chose the option to show every pic which is saved to the device but they don't show up only camera photos, screenshots. Nothing else.
