How to move pictures from the 'my library' section to the camera roll part of the gallery app that comes with the d3? The pictures I am taking with hdr+ app default to the library, but when I try to download onto my pc it only sees what is in the camera roll and not the library.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI know this isn't a serious issue at all (it's hardly an issue) but I was wondering if anyone else feels that the pinch zoom feature in the gallery is a bit too choppy? It is smoother when zooming in on lower resolution photos but not so much on larger files. I just thought it was odd and a bit wonky to use.
View 3 Replies View RelatedGot a picture sent to my X from my son's X. He took the photo in portrait mode. When I received it, as I was holding the phone upright (portrait) the photo was showing sideways. I rotated the phone, and the photo rotated yet again so its again sideways to the orientation of the phone. The only way to see the photo in the correct orientation is to hold the phone upside down, i.e. hard buttons at the top. I never noticed this before and it doesn't do it with pictures that were already on the phone. I looked at the one he took on his phone and it is in the correct orientation. I opened the picture both in the stock messaging app and in Handcent and its the same in both.

I can only take a picture of a static (not moving) object with my Droid as it takes about 3 secs from pressing the screen button to actually taking the picture. View 5 Replies View RelatedHow to delete unwanted picture data from gallery (XOOM) It's not that simple, in this case. I recently discovered somehow I had downloaded over 490 images into my gallery. Some 21 say Blogger pictures, and 459 are entitled from my Wordpress blog. I don't have a clue how they got on my tablet, and there are many duplicates. The option to delete was not there, just a bunch of places to send the pictures to: Picassa, Gmail, email, etc.
Go to Settings > Applications>Manage Applications > All, and scroll down to find Gallery. Tap to open it up, do a Force Stop first, if open. Then tap Clear Data. I only had 12 pictures on my tablet at this point so I emailed them all to myself, in the event they went poof. Then I held my breath, hit Clear Data, then went in and looked at my Gallery. The downloaded data was gone, all 490+ pictures, and the best part is, my pictures were still there! Those, I can delete from the Xoom, no problem.
Next, I went back into my Gallery, and to my dismay, right before my eyes, those 490+ pictures that were gone, began reloading back into my gallery! Where are they coming from?!?! 21 of them say Blogger Photos, and 459 are entitled "Stella's Blog". I don't have either app on my tablet, I can access either blog by using my browser, and have only done so a couple times. Next, I rebooted the tablet, went back to check the Gallery, and yes, the images were gone, but then they came right back again....where are they coming from and how do I get rid of them permanently?
Immediately after taking a picture on my Galaxy S5 it forces me to preview the picture in the gallery, I have searched every setting in the phone that I can think of and googled every phrasing of this issue and I cannot figure out how to disable this.

However, less than half of my Gallery pictures made it over. Because the Gallery is a stock app and not in the marketplace it is not on the the above market transfer desktop application.I also have astro and estrong on my device.

I recently upgraded my defy (with optus) to android 2.2 and haven't had many issues.
One thing that bugs me is when i take images with my camera now, they don't appear in the gallery. The small diplay on the bottom left displays the image but as soon as i click on it to view the image it appears to delete it.
Whenever I try to go to my gallery using my gallery button, it crashes instantly. The only way i can access it is through the camera. Is there ANY way I can fix this
