View 1 RepliesI just set up my yahoo email with the xprt. Once i did that, yahoo sent me an email if I want to share with MOTOBLUR. I don't want to share. what information did they get? How to avoid from sharing with MOTOBLUR?At work, I set my phone of vibrate. At times, I need to set it to silent. I can't seem to do that with the volume bottom. It only allowed me to set it to vibrate. It seems I would have to get into settings/sound to silent the phone.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI'm using the standard Alarm & Timer app that comes with the Motorola XPRT. Does anyone have the problem that if the alarm is set to vibrate, it wont stop vibrating even after the alarm is snoozed or turned off?
View 14 Replies View RelatedI typically keep my phone on vibrate, I rarely turn on the ringer. I have a Smart Action setup for night time which turns the ringer/vibrate off to silent. I also have a work Smart Action setup which sets it to vibrate (just in the case I had turned on the ringer at some time). It seems that when these Smart Actions turn off (which the work one tends to do even when I'm at my desk at work, but that's a location issue talked about elsewhere) they tend to turn the ringer on to full volume even if I had it set to vibrate only beforehand.

View 3 Replies View Relateddoes anyone know if there is a way to change the length of time for the alarm snooze?
View 2 Replies View RelatedAbout every 3 or 4 days my phone will just stop receiving text messages. I usually am not even aware of the problem until someone calls and ask why I am not responding to their messages. Once I reboot the phone all of the text will usually come thru all at once within about 10 min and the timestamp will read the time I received the message instead of the time the message was sent. I have recently installed hancentSMS and I have been testing it. I have no indication that I am currently having a problems unless I am in the middle of a conversation.

I have recently switched to a XPRT and have been having a problem with the phone audio (speaker, earpiece and mic) that requires me to reboot the phone EVERYDAYAll other audio functions work properly. Speaker for music, notifications, phone rings...but when i try to make or receive a call, there is no audio on my end (whether on speaker, earpiece or bluetooth) and the microphone is dead as well. The only way to resolve this issue is to power cycle (reboot) the phone. THIS HAPPENS EVERYDAY!
View 15 Replies View RelatedJust recently when my alarm goes off in the morning there are times when no matter what I do, it won't shut off. The only thing to do is shut the phone down and reboot.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI noticed recently that my X10 just vibrates on incoming calls even if volme is full out, but yet my text message tone is audible. I also noticed that sometimes the ringer volume is fully silent even if I havent adjusted it. I did do a software repair & it rang for just a few times after that but Im back square one!
View 2 Replies View RelatedI like to put my phone on silent overnight so I cannot hear incoming emails and texts. However, having 2 elderly and infirm parents living quite a distance away, I would like the phone to ring in case of emergency. This would be brother, sister, care home etc. Selective numbers so to speak. I can't find a way to do it on the phone, but note there are many apps that suggest they may work.

I can't adjust my volume as if I want to make it louder it will go to full volume and if I try to make it less it goes to silent. Additionally, the volume box stays on the screen. The buttons don't look like they are stuck but that is how they act.

When I hook up the USB port in my car, the text alert notification is muted and the volume cannot be adjusted. This happens with both iphones operating on 5.1 and in two different vehicles. I think it has something to do with the 5.1 update.

How can I set the time when i want my Iphone to change from silent to ringer mode

My sounds are not working, no ringer, and no key board sound, or alerts. I have tried a total reset, I powered it down, and I turned off the vibrate tab.. The battery charge percentage is also not working now..

I have a Nexus 5 running 5.0.1 and the issue is that every time I switch my phone on the ringer volume is off, as in silent.
I usually forget to turn it back up until lunchtime by which time I've usually missed a couple of calls.
For the life of me I can't find where to set the default ringer volume. I've played with Settings>Sound&Notification until I'm blue in the face. Ring volume is on full. Power off and on again and it's back to 0.
Is there a way to adjust/add to the auto-correct dictionary for the physical keyboard of the XPRT? On my SOLD BB9650, this was done the first time I picked up the phone. Now, I can't. This phone (while waiting for Gingerbread), would be THE BEST, if it could fix this little problem...
View 4 Replies View RelatedWhat are the plans for future software updates for XPRT?Is Gingerbread going to be the last one? Any chance for 4.x?Because, see, as of today XPRT is lagging behind for like a year on Android updates. It was released (June 6, 2011) with outdated FroYo (released May 20, 2010).Now, if stars align, we'll get GB 2.3.5 update (released July 25, 2011) hopefully in August '12.And that also means that phone that's been out only for a year is already 2 major Android versions behind current one.

Request help. I'm very disappointed the way blackberry provide customer service and cud not believe that this is actually happening, 15 k price tag not worth for this kind of device

View 5 Replies View RelatedThe next day, after installing Lollipop 5.0, my alarm did not sound. It went off, but since I keep my phone on silent, it made no noise. It's never done this. I've always left my phone on silent through the night, and my alarm has always went off, nice and loud, waking me up. Not so, since installing Lollypop 5.0. I've smile some experimenting and it works fine in vibrate, so this will have to suffice until a fix is found. I did speak to a Samsung rep at Best Buy yesterday and he told me that they are pulling Lollypop 5.0 and coming out with 5.0.1

I use my phone as my alarm clock. Suddenly it does not vibrate or sound. It is set to ON with a tone and volume high but still is silent.
